Best Service/Repair in Houston TX

OMG, the storm last night uprooted a tree which knocked down our power line to my mothers house in Houston Texas and my brother found Paul Richard Electric online. We are so thankful for Pauls quick response and professionalism among his recommendations in order to be with the cities compliance. Paul even found a tree service company to clear the branches for the City workers to reconnect our power line to the home. Seriously, if you are in need of an electrician Paul Richard Electric is who I would recommend. In addition, Pauls employee Joshua Fuentes was so helpful and professional and answered all of my questions and did an excellent job in the installation of a box/cable line that was needed in order for the city to reconnect power. 5 stars rating for sure.

The tech was Jonathan and was very informative of my needs.
I will gladly ask for Jonathan once I receive a replacement of the Arlo doorbell needed installed.

I forgot the name of the electrician that helped me but no complaints as far as knowledge and service goes. My biggest complaint was the absurd cost. I’m a reasonable person and would gladly pay a $50-$100/hr on top of any additional repair/installation fees if needed. For simple troubleshooting, no new installation or replacement of parts, was $270. Not to mention, the root cause to my problem could not be determined so I’m not sure if the same problem will happen again. There’s no way I’ll pay this company another $270 just to find out...

I had a whole house surge protector installed recently in Houston. They scheduled the work on a Saturday, which was the only day I could get it done. Sal called 10 minutes before the appointment and came in exactly on time (no pun intended). Sal was very courteous and got the job done fast. Left me a card to call him directly with any issues. This is the second job I have them do and would hire them again.

The office staff and the electrician, Mr. Timothy, were nice, prompt and tactful. Timothy fixed my issue quickly and even suggested and recommended ways to improve my electrical system.

When a customer calls me, I want their first impression to be of an employee who is happy to talk with them, NOT a voicemail. I've had several customers tell me that their normal plumber wouldn't answer his phone because it was a weekend or late at night, and that is not the time to scramble to find a plumber who can take care of their emergency!I can safely state that Right Touch Electrical's owner Will Burns shares my same beliefs on delivering a great customer service experience. When you contact his company, you will speak to a live person, not an answering machine. Will hires professionals who are licensed and background checked. That's one of the reasons why he's endorsed by Houston HomeShow Radio's Tom Tynan!The biggest reason why I feel comfortable recommending this company is that I know IF there is an issue, the owner Will steps in and makes things right. He is not magically unavailable after collecting your money for a job. It gives me peace of mind to be able to refer a local small business that is service oriented and wants lifelong customers.For any of my customers in the Spring/Klein area, Right Touch Electrical will be my go-to referral!

I have never......NEVER......had such a great experience with service technicians of any sort, any where.We had an electrical issue that manifested itself 19 years after we had our house built. We tried calling all the repair services we had seen advertised on television, and a few that were local to our community. None of them could commit to getting to us that day, or even the next. Some even required an exorbitant (to me, at least......I call $199.00 exorbitant) trip fee......WHICH WAS IN ADDITION TO any repairs that were to be made--------HARD PASS!! Meanwhile, we are 100% without electricity to a major part of our house.I started a Google search and found Next Door. The young man with whom I spoke at Next Door was extremely polite and professional, and seemed to really care about our situation. We set up an appointment with Next Door for the next day.The repair team (Sal & Tae) that was assigned our repair called the next morning and told me they would be able to get to the house earlier than expected, and could be there within the hour if that would be okay.........(DEFINITELY!!!)UPON their arrival I explained to them what had happened and the area(s) affected. They immediately told me they knew what the problem was, and where it started. After a very thorough inspection, they had not only repaired the problem, but also checked every single outlet and switch in the affected areas to make sure there was no other damage done. Then they swept up and cleaned up and we were done.I can not recommend Next Door Electrical strongly enough. They are without equal, as darxas I am concerned. They have in me, a customer for life!

Tyrell was great, did above and beyond and swooped in and helped me in a time of need, ensured everything was fixed and completed just as promised. Would recommend to others to use. First when others could not come when my house was having power fluctuations, Tyrell came out after 7 and did not charge after hours rates and made time because of how serious it ended up being. If it was not for him could have caused a disaster for my house.

On the spot same day fix was possible and that helped me out majorly!

We use them every time we have an issue at the shop. They are prompt on service and every technician they have sent is very informative and helpful! They are a first class service team of specialists! I defiantly recommend them!

Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

We had 2 light fixtures replaced and that involved some adjusting due to a size differential against the rugged stone facade of the house. Very friendly and very determined that the installation meet our expectations. Durell also helped diagnose an electrical wire issue with another outdoor light that the original builder cut corners to make work. We will be using Mr. Electric again soon to fix this issue.

First thing in the morning I went to turn on the lights in back of the house and heard a crackling noise and then all the electricity went out. I immediately called Wired Electric and not only did they answer the phone, but they put me on their priority list and are coming to fix the issue first thing - keep in mind that all of this took place before 6am!! Their customer service is top notch, not to mention a job well done!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
