This service exceeded all my expectations. They didn’t mind that I was picky and made things work perfect. They installed some outlets and fixed some light fixtures. Easy stuff but they’re very professional and super clean. They were a little bit more than a competitor but it was worth it for how good of a job they did compared to the last people I hired.

They installed a new breaker box. They were on time professional and did a great job. I had a few questions and called on time and spoke immediately with the owner. How often does that happen ! He not only answered all my “amateur “ questions but did it in a very caring manner. I am old school. And to me there is nothing that tops the personal touch !!

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

Inspection has not passed from a project installing the manual transfer switch for the generator the inspection for this install failed and the permit has remained open since July 2021 all calls have gone unanswered from this company. We had the manual transfer switch installed for emergency generator capabilities and when the inspector came out to close the permit they found that there is not disconnect on the building side of the meter. This is a code violation. In order to fix this issue, the city of Houston is looking for “existing and new 1 line drawings” of the electrical in the facility. This has not been supplied as of today 4/8. I am reaching out to other contractors to have this resolved.

The caliber of my outside lighting system needed to be improved. The technician made two recommendations and gave estimates for each. I was surprised by how quickly he came back to install the new system and by how well both the unit and installation were done. Overall, from beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience!

I contacted Oscar to check out electrical sockets in my house. Oscar responded in less than one hour and made an appointment to come the next day to provide a quote. Oscar arrived on time and determined the problem shortly after arriving. His pricing is competitive, so I gave him the approval to make the repairs on the spot. I also got a quote for converting the outdoor lights to dusk to dawn lights. Oscar took the time to explain the best options with least cost impact. Oscar came back the next day after I got the fixtures and bulbs an changed out the recessed lights to flush mounted fixtures.Oscar is trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using Oscar for other repairs or electrical changes.

This is a awesome company, I’ve been with them for years. awesome service, fast and efficient. The tech who arrived today was Norray. It was the first time she was at my house. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and did a terrific job. I would definitely ask for her the next time. Brandi, who I speak to on the phone, is terrific as usual. She’s so pleasant and easy to talk to. Such a terrific company. I would recommend them to anyone.
