Edit: set up an appt, had a no call no show. Called back and left a message. Never heard back. They do good work but scheduling is terribleHad a bit of miscommunication on scheduling, but the rest of the service more than made up for it. Sal showed up early, quickly knew how to resolve the issue I had, gave me options, drove to get the part needed, and installed it within a few minutes. The biggest thing I look for is trust and On Time has it.

Both Michel and Carnel were personable, professional, and knowledgable. Carnel completed the work in a timely manner and I am pleased. I will use them if a need arises in the future.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

I just had my first semi-annual Generac generator maintenance service. The technician was very professional & courteous. And, he explained what he completed and the status of the generator. Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Top things I look for when choosing a service provider is expertise and timelines. Curtis has those plus a great attitude. Together these qualities provide a great customer experience.I’ve used Curtis twice in the recent past and both times he came same day and was on time and took care of the issue very promptly. At the same time educated me on the what/why/how of the task at hand.I’ll be using Curtis for all my electrical jobs.

Lone Star Electric was owned by another and 5 years ago under previous management, a new electrical panel was installed upside down at a client's home and would not pass inspection when they went to sell it. The homeowner reached out to Lone Star Electric 5 years later (present day) and asked if they could help resolve this problem. Though they did not own Lone Star Electric at the time, the current owner/management , stood by their name and their work, and sent two electricians out to my client's house and spending 4 hours working on rebuilding and correctly installing the panel, all at absolutely no charge to my client! Their professionalism is unbeatable and though I personally had not used them for electrical services prior to this, I am very very impressed and will recommend them to all my clients!
