I had the best experience with tech Joshua F. Totally respectful, wise, and determined to find the problem of my electrical outage only on one side of the home!! He said he learned so much from his boss!!!! Just amazing young man!You won’t go wrong with calling on them!They were reasonable and honest and determined to make sure all was taken care of!!!A total blessing!!!

A1 Electrical did an A+ job! Everyone at A1 that I had contact with did an excellent job! From the receptionist on the phone who scheduled my appointment, to Jonatan who first came by and gave me a quote, to the technicians who did the installation. They were all professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Thank you!

Called in to get an estimate for outlet issues in our home and instead of going straight to costs, the gentleman I spoke to explained the root cause and helped me fix the issue on my own. I had called multiple other places to get an idea of costs prior to calling on time electric and nobody else offered that kind of customer service. Will be calling them back for future electric issues.

We were having power surges and Thomas checked the whole house, installed a surge protector and replaced all of our smoke alarms since the surge had fried them.I really appreciate that this company is very tech savvy. I received emails and texts about the status of my service appointments and that all the work was documented with an electronic contract.Thomas was also very helpful in explaining everything and giving me choices about which way he could do the work and what the ramifications would be if each.

Our experience with Next Door Electric was phenomenal! Tae was able to diagnose our outlet and breaker problem with exact details on how it should be fixed. Within the next appointment Tae was able to set up the new breaker in less than 30 minutes! The same week we had an unexpected short circuit with our electric stove top and they were able to send out Sal who helped fix the issue with no service charge because we had done business with them in the same week! Talk about a great customer experience!!! As first time home owners we’re so glad we can rely on this company over and over again. 100% will continue to use their services.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Not the cheapest but pretty reliable company. They do good work. Does service Generac generators.

My experience with Wood Electrical Services was wonderful. At the last minute, Jimmy was able to work me into his schedule, which I appreciated very much. Rigo, who came to the house to do the work, was friendly and professional, and he completed the job in a timely manner. I can honestly recommend Wood Electrical Services, and I suspect that I'll be using them again on another project.

Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

They worked really hard and the workers were very polite. I feel safer now that they have replaced the 53 year old breaker box. I will call them again if I need anymore electrical work.

Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. I contacted West Houston Electric and they were very responsive. They quickly scheduled an appointment to come out and take a look at the outlets that were not functioning. The electrician that they sent out, Michael, is very experienced and knowledgeable. Would recommend the company and him.

Very good experience. Short turnaround time from first contact. Arrived early and was professional throughout. Very informative and very nice. I will definitely use his service again if need be. Highly recommend and felt comfortable with quality of service and happy he resolved the issue so quickly.

We bought a new house and the electrical equipment hadn't been updated since the house was built in '83. Half our lights would go out in the rain. We found out we had to replace the entire external electrical system (breaker box and meter)! Not only did Daniel from Lone Star give us a quote that was less than two other companies, but when they did do the work, you could barely tell any work was done! They used the existing holes in the wall to secure the wiring and box, and cleaned up all the grounds afterwards! I would definitely go with Lone Star the next time we need electrical work.
