Larry performed a repair on the can lights in my kitchen. I'm glad he did because apparently the wires were loose and burning! He and Damien were very courteous and communicative. I appreciated little touches like asking if he could sweep up the little bit of drywall dust off my floor. Yes the fixed price of two hours plus trip charge may seem steep, but worth it for peace of mind/not having my house burn down and for supporting local businesses.

Working with Justin Sawicki at A1 Plus was a positive experience. He knows how to follow up and communicate with the customers. A1Plus stands by there work. When an issue came up with third party contractors Justin and A1 Plus took care of the issue in short order. A1 Plus knows how to work with city inspectors and make sure EVERYTHING is up to local codes.Would I use A1 Plus again?ABSOLUTELY! They do stand behind their work.

Thomas done and excellent job on the install. Very professional work. Could have had it done for probably half the price but when your in a bind they will always stick you on price. Would have given 5 stars if price was a little more reasonable but when you have electrian friends that tell you what the job typically would cost and you pay almost double. Shop the price if your able. Thomas 5 stars Mister Sparky 3 stars only because of price.

Requested a quote online for work, and was told to call the office for a quote. Called the office, and the person who answered was extremely rude. He said they were not quoting projects until maybe next week, and when I explained that I'm trying to move my project ahead more quickly, he hung up on me mid sentence.

We needed an electrical outlet repaired and the two electricians were friendly, professional, and got the job done fast. They took great notes and sent them to us along with our receipt. It cost a bit more than we expected it to, we thought it might be around $200-$300 but it was $390, plus the $39 service fee. I still think the service was 5 stars though!

They seem to be focused on getting paid to come visit you and diagnose the problem vs actually solving the problem.

Workers were prompt and completed the work quickly. They communicated well and educated me on what was wrong.

Brotherly Love installed our home generator and I would highly recommend them. They were both professional and responsive!

Trying to sell a David Weekley home that is only 4 years old. Buyer's inspector found issues with the breaker panel. TX Electrical stood adamantly behind their work, but refused to give me a signed work ticket. Then, after way too much time and energy spent, the report they emailed to me was not professional (the worst I have ever seen). If their work was so defensible, then why was it like pulling teeth to get that sad excuse for a report? I had JD Precision come out for a plumbing issue the same inspector found, and the plumber said nothing was wrong, but they immediately emailed me professional report, including pictures to provide back to the buyer. Polar opposite experiences.
