Best Residential Repair in Houston TX

My home was effected by the Winter Storm, I had alot of damage. I called on Paul Richard Electric during each phase of restoring my home. Larry, David and Jose were the techs that serviced my home. They were all friendly, on time, professional and knowledgeable. All of them explained to me the work they were completing. The price was reasonable. Based on my experience with this company; I definitely will refer them. Thanks Guys!

Called in to get an estimate for outlet issues in our home and instead of going straight to costs, the gentleman I spoke to explained the root cause and helped me fix the issue on my own. I had called multiple other places to get an idea of costs prior to calling on time electric and nobody else offered that kind of customer service. Will be calling them back for future electric issues.

The quoting & installation was seamless as your installation technician also proved himself as very knowledgeable & made certain I understood the work he had performed. I live near the Heights and have used these guys for several jobs, always with solid work, courteous service, and a fair price. This has included a couple of big jobs, including replacing my entire service panel. For just a few hundred bucks they were able to add a main disconnect/lockout and plug whereby I can safely run most of the house off of a portable generator; an inexpensive alternative to the fixed generators that some people install, at a cost of thousands, for a once-every-20-year event.I usually get multiple bids out of habit, but keep coming back to Harmony. Do yourself a favor and avoid the big companies that advertise aggressively...the service is no better and they jack up their prices to justify the advertising. You can bet they also spend a small fortune scrubbing their on-line reviews. I prefer to support the honest, little guy.

Did a quick google search and Nextdoor electric popped up. Wish these guys were at the very top of my search, it would have saved me time calling a few other places! I described my issues over the phone/text and Sal was able to quickly diagnose it and also came by to take a look within a day. He didn’t even charge me for taking a look! Great service and great user experience and fixed multiple issues within 15 mins. Highly recommend!

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Came to my condo at Midnight because of an electrical emergency ! T.D. was highly recommended by my plumber...whom I've had for years. Excellent service, very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Was so relieved that he fixed the electrical issue....will definitely have him back!

My experience with Wood Electrical Services was wonderful. At the last minute, Jimmy was able to work me into his schedule, which I appreciated very much. Rigo, who came to the house to do the work, was friendly and professional, and he completed the job in a timely manner. I can honestly recommend Wood Electrical Services, and I suspect that I'll be using them again on another project.

Used them to install a whole house generator. They know their stuff. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And slight modifications off of the normal process are not a problem for these guys to take care of. They are also very fast to answer their phones and take care of any issues that arise. They send you a quote so there are no hidden charges. what you see is what you pay.

Much like many of the reviews, Oscar was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified my problem, gave me a fair estimate for repair and made it happen.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

The overall experience from getting a quote to having a surge protector installed is smooth and positive. The technician arrived on time and was polite. The installation was done professionally. Most importantly, the price is reasonable. I would recommend their service!

Curtis was amazing! He arrived on time and I loved that he took time to wear booties over his shoes and lay down a sheet to protect my floors. I greatly appreciate him taking time to explain the issue and make expert recommendations to provide a longer lifetime of the fixtures.
