I’ve recently came across Paul when our other electrician couldn’t make it out for an emergency call. He’s been great. Very helpful and responsive. Even after hours. 100% recommended to get the job done.

Summary: Great service, great work. And then they help you out some more.Details: They installed a 240V connection to our stacked washer/ gas dryer, which needs to be replaced. A person picked up the phone right away, offering service the same day. The electrician came, inspected, and gave me a price. Was a little higher than expected, but it's also more work than I expected. After they finished the job, it turned out that it's impossible to remove the old washer/dryer, the space is too tight (the door frames might have been installed afterwards). Since the delivery guys for the new unit would not have many tools and would not be able to remove the old unit, they sawed the old dryer apart and took it out piece by piece! Talking about going beyond duty....

I have nothing negative to say from the initial assessment to the work being done.I was walked through the entire process and what to expect. When they came to work on my house They answered all my questions and respected my privacy by asking me if it was ok to enter rooms before Knocking on doors or just walking in.

The electrician that came out was very nice and went with me to a couple of places to track down a new timer for my pool pump. He selected the timer and installed it. Now a couple of weeks later my pool company tells me that the wrong voltage timer was installed and this caused my pump motor to burn up. Seeing that this is costing me $525 for a new motor (which was replaced within the last 2 years) I also am having to pay them for the installation of the correct voltage timer which was another $250. When you add in taxes I am having to pay $800 for something that should have cost me perhaps $275. Oh and that is not counting the nearly $200 I paid you. My pool company has recommended that I not use your services again and I have to agree.

Did a quick google search and Nextdoor electric popped up. Wish these guys were at the very top of my search, it would have saved me time calling a few other places! I described my issues over the phone/text and Sal was able to quickly diagnose it and also came by to take a look within a day. He didn’t even charge me for taking a look! Great service and great user experience and fixed multiple issues within 15 mins. Highly recommend!

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This was our first time to use Right Pro Electrical Services. We found Oscar to be friendly and straight forward about the work that needed to be done and what it would accomplish. His helpers were also easy the communicate with, did excellent work, and cleaned up thoroughly. Oscar gave us some information about an update of our electrical system and and estimate of the cost without being pushy about making a commitment. Overall, they are very professional, do excellent, and are easy to deal with. We would recommend them highly.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Has a great experience With Kevin. He was very professional and went the extra mile when he noticed the person who installed my ceiling fan left a screw missing on the bracket. Kevin took care of the screw and gave me peace of mind my fan wouldn’t fall on me. Great service! Thanks Kevin.

Joseph Pesl was wonderful. He was professional, answered every question I had and cleaned up after himself. He even wore boot covers in the house.

Curtis was very responsive and professional, spent time explaining how he would perform the job and then completed the job efficiently. He also spent time answering other electrical questions I had unrelated to the job in hand for which I was appreciative.
