Jose came and did a great job checking my AC system electrical. He was on time, thorough and showed me what he found. Overall I had a great experience.

***Edited to say they did make this right, money was returned and generator was picked up. Glad that is over.Work was started without any permits. CenterPoint showed up at my house because they thought the meter had been tampered with. They didn’t even try to get permits until 12 days after they started work and then were unable to get the permits at all. A $10,000 standby generator project, that I was immediately charged for, was never completed. I’ve asked for my money back and for them to come get the generator, that has no permit to be on my property. We will see if they can make this right.

Used this company today for major light installation. Very professional, courteous and competent. This is second time of used this company. I will easily recommend this company to my friends.

The electrician, Dennis P., arrived promptly and after a brief question & answer regarding the problem focused in on what the probable issue was. He explained what he would have to do to determine the cause of our electrical issue and got right to work. First beginning with the electrical panel and then outside to test where the electrical wires join the house from Center Point. Dennis did not take more than 30 mins from start to finish to determine that the issue was not on our end, it was Center Point issue at the pole/transformer. Dennis spoke to Center Point and explained the issue and what type of service would be required from Center Point to rectify the issue. This is the second time that we have used Mr. Sparky and would use them again.

I've had terrible experience with electricians!!As a business owner who prides himself on doing things By The Book, I take customer service seriously. When a customer calls me, I want their first impression to be of an employee who is happy to talk with them, NOT a voicemail. I've had several customers tell me that their normal plumber wouldn't answer his phone because it was a weekend or late at night, and that is not the time to scramble to find a plumber who can take care of their emergency!I can safely state that Right Touch Electrical's owner Will Burns shares my same beliefs on delivering a great customer service experience. When you contact his company, you will speak to a live person, not an answering machine. Will hires professionals who are licensed and background checked. That's one of the reasons why he's endorsed by Houston HomeShow Radio's Tom Tynan!The biggest reason why I feel comfortable recommending this company is that I know IF there is an issue, the owner Will steps in and makes things right. He is not magically unavailable after collecting your money for a job. Five star recommendation for Nextdoor Electric. I had a light fixture and dimmer switch installed in my kitchen. Their estimate was the much lower than the other estimates and very fair. Tae gave me the estimate and did the install that same day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work. I have been searching for an electrician that is trustworthy for awhile and I have finally found them with Nextdoor Electric.

Honest and reasonable!

Absolute, top-tier, five-star service. Oscar, Chris and team are just the best. They are responsive, polite and walk you through every single issue with patience and great communication. Fair prices, and no upselling! Oscar has always been straight with us on what we need, what we will need at some point, and what we don't need. They did a full rewire of our home and set up power in an outdoor shed. Best electrician with whom we have ever worked, and it's not even close!

Fast, efficient & nice work but a little expensive.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Incredibly professional and honest. Quickly figured out the issue (shorted door bell transmitter) and were super honest about the repairs. Will definitely use them for future repairs!

Made an appt for 50ft high soffit lights exchange. I could not find exact matching replacement lights in loews or Home Depot before the anppoint and I had to order from Amazone. I rescheduled, and was charged 95 dollars for first visit. First, I was not notified of the fee until the day of the job. That is excessive and not good customer service.
