I was totally unprepared and clueless about what to do when our house suddenly lost power on Sunday. I called several electricians that open 24 hours and left messages or spoke to customer services who promised an electrician will call me. Paul was the only one called back and so patiently guided me to self-diagnose the problem. I am so grateful because he is not only so kind but so understanding. He is the only electrician I will go to in the future as I won’t even bother trying anyone.

A1 did a great job in removing the fan from a 20ft high ceiling and replacing it with a chandelier. They were on time and finished the work in an hour. Very professional and cost effective.

BEWARE. I hate to give a negative review for a small business, but Google is where I found On Time Electric & hired them because of great reviews. Here is my experience...they were called in to restore power to one room in my home. My wife was home with a broken leg & let the electrician Greg inside. He began to troubleshoot the issue...however, he apparently needed to call backup to figure out the issue. After fiddling around in the attic for a bit, they realized that a wire had been stapled through in a couple places. They pulled the wire & popped two staples out which seemed to fix the problem. That first trip they left my house without cleaning up their mess, left my ceiling fan on full blast & for some reason left my garage door wide open? I received an invoice for $550, without any itemized explanation as to what they fixed other than they pulled on a wire & popped some staples. That evening I realized that switching on the bedroom light would cause the lighting in the dining room to go dim ++ the switch was super hot. The next morning I called the main number & spoke with John about my experience. He provided me with an explanation of their standard protocol for not turning off anything before leaving putting the blame on me for leaving the switches in the on position for the ceiling fan (which I absolutely did not, but fine) John also explained why the cost was so high (apparently they charge $285 just to knock on your door & mentioned that if they were to have to replace wiring it would approach $800....for one single feeder pull. One) He didn't really address why the project site was left a mess & switched the subject over to their on-demand invoicing - We usually we take payment after the job is done, but your wife had a broken leg & said you'd handle it Sooooo after a lot of excuses, he finally agreed to send the electrician back to complete the job. Greg returned first thing the next day & firmed up some wiring connections which seemed to fix the issue. I am still not entirely confident in their work. They also left me another new mess to clean up (see photo) & didn't change the invoice to be more reasonable. So if you need a company to jiggle a few wires & make a big mess in your home for a ton of money, On Time Electric should be your first choice. BEWARE

Fantastic experience. These guys did an emergency for me. Came after hours and went way beyond the call to resolve my problems. Fantastic team between office personnel and tech team. Josh was my tech but did not see him listrd on menu.

Requested a quote online for work, and was told to call the office for a quote. Called the office, and the person who answered was extremely rude. He said they were not quoting projects until maybe next week, and when I explained that I'm trying to move my project ahead more quickly, he hung up on me mid sentence.

Sal is awesome and does a great job.
He leaves it clean and talks with you before doing anything outside the normal scope, price was fair and Sal will make your experience worth picking them.

Derrick was prompt professional and HONEST. Second time we have used wired and we are pleased. We will be calling again.

I needed a manual interlock and inlet installed for my portable generator. They had to wait for parts since the demand was so high after the winter storm. When parts came in they set up an appointment the next day and showed up on time. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They also had the best price. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

In the past year I’ve used their services twice for two different works. Every time it is so much pleasure to see how Curtis perform no rush inspection of the problem, explaining every single step that needs to be done in order to fix it. After making an estimate of the cost and our agreement on the date, he will show up on time, diligently fixing the problem, leaving place as clean as it was before he started the work.In addition to being wonderful professional, Curtis has very pleasant personality. A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Texas Electrical did an amazing job with my electrical repairs. They were very professional and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend and use them again in the future!

I received a quote over the phone to install a chandelier in my kitchen. The pricing was reasonable, so I booked an appointment. An hour before the appointment, I received a call to confirm prior to the electrician arriving. The electrician arrived at the exact appointed time (very rare these days). The work was done professionally and I'll be calling these guys back for any electrical work needed in the future.
