In the 30 years I have lived in this house, I have witnessed the work of many electricians. Most were bad and some were just OK. But Paul Richard Electric in my opinion set the gold standard for professionalism and competence in caring for my property. Electrical problems were diagnosed efficiently and accurately the first time. The prices were very fair, and the service was very courteous and timely. I spoke with Paul a number of times on the phone and he was unfailingly polite and attentive to my needs. He sent Damian, a totally professional and incredibly responsible and efficient young man to do the many electrical tasks that needed a professional's attention. I have never met Paul Richard in person, and I am in no way related or affiliated to anyone in his employ. I simply did my homework online and called for service. This, in my opinion, is a company that deserves many more opportunities to grow and serve our community.

To start, the electrician was awesome and professional. This review has to do with the people in office. I called to set an appt after getting $50 off email which was not ever given to me. When I set the appt up over the phone the girl seemed lost and confused. She put me on hold to go ask someone about my partial payment. She took all my card info to set the appt with 50% deposit. Then said I would get an email. Never got the email. So I emailed the previous email with my estimate attached to figure out where my receipt was and confirmation of appt. Someone responded and sent the info. So after being charged 50% of $500 they sent me the pay link after the electrician came out. I informed them I already did the 50% deposit because according to them you HAVE to do it in order to make the appt. They said someone in accounting would call me Monday to discuss why my bill was still $500. NOBODY till this day has called me or emailed. I tried calling but of course no answer! No return calls! They take your money and rip you off. I should have known to seek another company the minute the girl sounded lost on the phone. Then they had the audacity to email me to pay the $500 or they will put it on my credit report. I thought all the great reviews but def the worst company! So I had to pay it as I am purchasing a new home. BEWARE of the office staff!!! Funny they can email to demand money but not discuss why they have stolen an extra $250 from me!!! Reporting them to BBB

Have used their services for past 5 years. We have ad them install lights, light timer, and ceiling fans. They have always done great electrical work in our home.

They were able to work with my schedule and were very polite throughout all phone conversations. Joshua, the technician that came out, was especially friendly and professional.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

I've had the pleasure of working with Ian on business matters, but unfortunatly I do not live in his service area. If I did, I would most certainly use him for my electrical needs. Additionally I've met his technicians as well, they are true professionals, unlike some elecricians ive hired in the past for repair. I called because the WiFi and my ring weren’t working although when I tested the Ring it showed power and responded to WiFi but wouldn’t ring except on my phone. The Ring connector was previously wired to the old doorbell and had started ringing continuously which was why I called Wired.The worker rewired the ring connection to the attic after reading the Manuel and talking to someone more familiar with ring than he was.After he did this the Ring didn’t work at all. He tried several options but although he showed there was power going to the Ring, it no longer even would ring on the phone. After several hours of trying he said I had to contact Ring.I called Ring and they sent a replacement that I will try to install this weekend.Spend several hours and a lot of money on a very nice repair man but the problem isn’t resolved.

Trevell, provided excellent and professional service quality service. If I ever need any repairs done again, I will definitely be using this company, Tyrell is very responsive and his worker took his time and checked every outlet in my home. I appreciate Tyrell and his team's service.

I contacted Oscar to check out electrical sockets in my house. Oscar responded in less than one hour and made an appointment to come the next day to provide a quote. Oscar arrived on time and determined the problem shortly after arriving. His pricing is competitive, so I gave him the approval to make the repairs on the spot. I also got a quote for converting the outdoor lights to dusk to dawn lights. Oscar took the time to explain the best options with least cost impact. Oscar came back the next day after I got the fixtures and bulbs an changed out the recessed lights to flush mounted fixtures.Oscar is trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using Oscar for other repairs or electrical changes.

You need to use this electrician. I am a Senior and have used many electricians in my life. This guy outshines them all. Knows his stuff, transfers that to your home or office and does it with professionalism .

I had a new build and Blake has done all the electrical work. He is very professional and very helpful with my many questions. I just found him in a google search. I would call him again for any electrical needs.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Texas Electrical Residential Contractors did a wonderful job installing security lighting in my home at a reasonable price. I feel much safer now with the quality work they did. I highly recommend them!
