Mark came to provide an estimate on some electrical work. He was professional and polite. He was quick to answer all my questions and concerns.

So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

John was very professional, courteous, and respectable. He came on time and begin to take off the old light fixtures. He installed new light fixtures to my wives approval.He then cleaned up and made sure the service he provide was what we expected. They were friendly on the phone, and ended up being able to come see me that same day. The electrician Kendrick was exceptional. He evaluated my issue (I needed a 220 plug for my table saw), and was able to come up with a solution. I wil for sure be using them in the future for any electrical needs I have.

I live in the Heights. Had them come over to install a new outlet for a security camera which required they tap into an existing circuit I had run for a gate motor. They talked me through the options for surface-mounting the electrical box, how they were going to cut into the existing conduit, and after we settled on a location for the new box, they left to get exactly the parts they needed. They returned in less than an hour and completed the work. It has worked perfectly, they came the day I called, left no mess. It wasn't free, but I got exactly what I wanted and quickly. Perfectly fine experience.

Received excellent service. Tae the electrician was very knowledgeable of his job. Answered all questions and explained everything he was doing. He gave an estimate before starting work as requested. Very courteous and pleasant to speak with.

Oscar, Esteban and Israel were the best. I awoke at 430 am to a cold house on Dec 18th. After several days and multiple frustrating calls with my warranty company we found RightPro. We called the day before Christmas Eve and they agreed to take the job. They worked alllll day and into the night to get my power turned on. Keep in mind the utility company was short handed AND we needed permits from the city. They got it all done. They were on time, extremely professional and did excellent work which is rare. Full disclosure: I found a slightly cheaper quote but there was something about Oscar that made me know to go with his company. Over learned cheaper isn't always better. I have some additional work that I need to do and will be taking on them again. Trust me you can't go wrong. Call them for your electrical needs.

The tech was knowledgeable and professional. He looked into all of the concerns we had and gave 3 options for fixes in the future. He was also able to fix some of the issues we were having with one of our upstairs outlets. Will use again!

Curtis has done a ton of work for me. Everything from major things to minor. He installed a brand new 400A service for my new home construction. He installed power and lights to my water well house. He installed new power to my pond fountain/pump. He conducted inspections on my new home and my new home generator. Great guy, honest, and very good at what he does. Highly recommended.

I requested that the electrician place a socket and switch. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up the mess he made, and even installed a new outlet cover.

Came the same day, gave us a good quote and finished the job quickly. Their technicians were courteous and respectful- making sure we knew and understood the changes/repairs they made.

The techy’s done a wonderful job. I would recommend them to everybody. I loved their professionalism and their work.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Sabrina Longoria was so professional and responsive despite my frustration with a certain process. She never got out of character even while my venting was passionate. She remained calm and simply executed until my request was completed. This changed my thoughts around a process that was very touchy for me. She deserved to be recognized

For a small company they offered great service replacing our new upgraded underground power line, breaker box, meter box, adding our portable generator connection and an additional external outlet. All work was done extremely professional to code, work area cleaned and met to our satisfaction. Even though Smart Choice Electrical Services is small, they kept true to their word and time frame of completing all work....Job Well Done!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Daniel Luke, is an AWESOME plumber. He was very thorough, he really cared and wanted the job to be done right! I had seen 2 other big plumbing companies before him; but as soon as explained everything to me, I knew immediately that I was going to do business with Abacus. What I appreciated the most was his honesty and how he wanted to do the best for my home. It's so hard to trust people coming into your home, but not this guy. He's the best hands down!!
