They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. They worked to find our problem and made all necessary repairs. They also replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. Paul & Juan were very kind and courteous. Mr. Gilbert Galinato did an excellent job. He arrived on time and worked diligently until completion of the job. He was courteous and he communicated as necessary. The job was completed on time.The quote I got from Mr. Electric was the most reasonable for the work. I was quoted a little over $1,000 from a different company fir the same work. I was also quoted $1,000 less but by a company that was cutting corners like not pulling the permit.Pleased with the quality, service, and rate.

New to the Richmond, Tx area and needed some immediate electrical work in home. They responded within 24 hours. The workmen listened carefully to my needs and went to work. Throughout the nearly 10 hours of work they coordinated as needed, made excellent suggestions about placement of can lights. Replacement of ceiling was masterfully completed. Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

Customer service was very poor. I spoke to DUANE who says he's the manager was condescending & unprofessional & hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced a total lack of respect like this. We recently purchased a home with a generator & called Wired to come service it since we have no experience with generators. The tech who came out was timely & courteous but when we asked about a gas meter to run the generator he didn't know & said to call his manager for more info so I did. The manager said to call Centerpoint to install the meter then call him back, so I did. When I called the manager back to request follow up service (as he directed me to do), he said I had to pay the full fee again & when I questioned the fee he became argumentative and extremely rude. Will NEVER use this company again. BEWARE!

The local electrician came in repairing broken fan . They are really professional and super friendly. He fixed it really quick and got it back to me in time for the party.

What an amazing experience! They went above and beyond and tested all of their work before leaving. Proactively helped us get our house up to code for inspection. Definitely pleased and definitely recommend! GREAT experience and reasonably priced!

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

Hired the electrician to come fix the issue in my house. This guy was great. He came out on time and knew exactly what he was doing. I have hired many electricians before but this one by far was better than anyone I've heard of so far! He definitely deserves a 5 star review (only because there are no more stars).

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
