I needed help with a breaker that kept tripping. Because it was an Eaton breaker and I was able to read a code that indicated the breaker's self-test was failing, I thought it would be a simple breaker changeout, but wanted someone to come make sure there wasn't a bigger problem also.I looked up electricians in my area on Yelp and sorted by rating; Paul Richard Electric came up as the top result. I read the reviews and decided to go with Paul Richard after noting the high level of service provided and the quick response time, even though it appeared from the other reviewers the minimum charge was $285.After submitting a request for quote which took just a few minutes, even with the submission of pictures of my breaker box, Paul himself got back with me within 10 minutes (guaranteed response time of 20 minutes) with an estimate of $285 and request to call for more information. Long story short, Paul was able to come by within the next hour because he was in the area and get the problem fixed. He and Jon (the other tech who was with him) were also able to test the new breaker after they installed it, with all my appliances in the kitchen turned on, to determine the load on the circuit was OK. He also examined the breaker box install from the builder and recommended a couple of changes they should make under the original home warranty to bring the box to code, and documented them on the receipt the same evening per my request. Even though we tested it thoroughly, Paul offered to have a tech come out next day if there were any further problems overnight, despite it being an extremely busy schedule for them on Thanksgiving week.The $285 included the trip charge plus a two-hour minimum of work. I also paid for the cost of the breaker they replaced (they showed me the receipt). All in all, I feel like I got my money's worth and got the problem resolved safely and effectively. I called and spoke to a gentleman, and he said an emergency appointment would be expensive but that he could have someone come out in the morning to provide a free estimate. Made an appointment for 8am to 10am. No call, no show. I called back to see what the issue was with my appointment not being kept, and was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up. Not very professional. A text would have been nice instead of leaving me hanging.

Tae gave me the estimate and did the install that same day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work. I have been searching for an electrician that is trustworthy for awhile and I have finally found them with Nextdoor Electric.

We had 2 light fixtures replaced and that involved some adjusting due to a size differential against the rugged stone facade of the house. Very friendly and very determined that the installation meet our expectations. Durell also helped diagnose an electrical wire issue with another outdoor light that the original builder cut corners to make work. We will be using Mr. Electric again soon to fix this issue.

Asked for a quote to change out about 62 outlets and switches. I told them I would provide the outlets and switches. Guess how much their estimate was!! $8,876.50. !!!!I found other companies that only charged $1000.Pls don't waste your time with this company.

We wanted the ugly ceiling box in our kitchen removed. Contacted several places but chose Right Pro based on their reputation. Their prices compared to other high end electrical companies are very competitive, but the work was 100 percent quality.They arrived at the exact time they said they would. We’re incredibly professional and polite, and did everything exactly as they said. The work was flawless! Through out the entire process they would touch base with me to ensure it was exactly how I wanted it. I even forgot to buy light bulbs for our pendant light fixture over the island and they ran to Lowe’s and got them for me! They stayed after they were done and showed me how to change the light color, and made sure everything was clean and perfect before going.Seriously, this is the only electrician I’ll use. Didn’t hurt that one of the guys was an Aggie either, Gig ‘em!

Hired Curtis to replace a breaker panel that died on us. We had been out of power for almost a week, and not only did he respond to our situation with prompt action, he showed a level of human compassion that is all too sadly uncommon nowadays. Not only that but took the time to explain every detail of the whole process, and answer all questions and concerns I had. The quality of his work far exceeded the quality of what had previously been installed. In other words, he left it much better than he found it, and I feel my family is much safer now because of it. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed before he left. 20 out of 10 would recommend!
