Best New Wiring in Houston TX

I called Paul Richard Electric on Sunday after having an increasing problem with intermittently dimming lights throughout the house. It had gotten so bad that It knocked out two surge protectors overnight while we were sleeping.We had already had Centerpoint out to check their equipment that morning. They had cleared some brush from around the poles and said there was no other problem on their end. When I called Paul, he said he could have someone out that day to check out the problem.Larry and Ruben arrived about two hours later. They did a thorough inspection and found nothing unusual enough from the voltage readings to cause our problems. While they were there, the power went out. They went out to check on it and found that there were Centerpoint trucks a couple of houses down working on the transformer! We had Larry and Ruben perform some routine Electrical panel maintenance and work up an estimate for some additional issues that needed addressing.I have nothing but good things to say about Larry and Ruben. They were on time, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they patiently explained everything they were doing. Even though it turned out that our problem was really a Centerpoint issue, I am very grateful to Paul for sending out his team on a Sunday to check it out. I will definitely be calling them again soon to take care of some safety issues they pointed out and plan to use them for all my future electrical needs.

OnTime electric was great! I had another electric company come out and quote me $3,000 to replace my attic fan. I found this company and called them. They came out the same day, fixed the attic fan (in the extreme Texas heat) and saved me over $2,000! Thank you for your prompt customer service!

William showed up promptly, wrote up and showed the estimate as requested. He was very courteous, and provided very efficient service. I would recomend this company. The prices although high they do have a seven year warranty on parts..

Charged $114 for an estimate, said it could be applied to work. Quoted me an extra $10k over average rates for a home rewire. Refused to perform work with the estimate charge applied. This company is junk.

The electrician that came out was very nice and went with me to a couple of places to track down a new timer for my pool pump. He selected the timer and installed it. Now a couple of weeks later my pool company tells me that the wrong voltage timer was installed and this caused my pump motor to burn up. Seeing that this is costing me $525 for a new motor (which was replaced within the last 2 years) I also am having to pay them for the installation of the correct voltage timer which was another $250. When you add in taxes I am having to pay $800 for something that should have cost me perhaps $275. Oh and that is not counting the nearly $200 I paid you. My pool company has recommended that I not use your services again and I have to agree.

I would recommend this men 100%. All 3 were very professional and extremely nice. Their work is a very high quality with only the safest as well as quality parts and goods. Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

It was an overall exceptional experience from beginning to end. I was able to secure an appointment for a free estimate in a short time. Drew the technician was prompt in his arrival. He offered to remove his shoes which was a thoughtful gesture. After the estimate and my approval he quickly went to work. He quoted me 1.5 hours to complete the job and he was right on. The workmanship was clean and concise. He made sure I was pleased with the work before he left. I am glad that I called West Houston Electric.
