In the 30 years I have lived in this house, I have witnessed the work of many electricians. Most were bad and some were just OK. But Paul Richard Electric in my opinion set the gold standard for professionalism and competence in caring for my property. Electrical problems were diagnosed efficiently and accurately the first time. The prices were very fair, and the service was very courteous and timely. I spoke with Paul a number of times on the phone and he was unfailingly polite and attentive to my needs. He sent Damian, a totally professional and incredibly responsible and efficient young man to do the many electrical tasks that needed a professional's attention. I have never met Paul Richard in person, and I am in no way related or affiliated to anyone in his employ. I simply did my homework online and called for service. This, in my opinion, is a company that deserves many more opportunities to grow and serve our community.

Purchased a new ceiling fan online with Home Depot and requested a install quote at checkout. A1 was the first to contact us and scheduling was easy, David arrived on time and was in and out in less than an hour. He cleaned up after the job and placed the old fan and trash at our front door for disposal. Fan works great! We will definitely request David again!

Unfortunately Joshua couldn’t help me because I had an electric dryer but a gas hookup. He was however very helpful in helping me get in touch with a company that services gas calls and also helped with a ceiling fan and light. I will call him for future electrical needs, he was a pleasure to work with!

We used Right Touch a year ago to update our electrical service and we were impressed with their workmanship. . This time I had a problem with a light switch/dimmer. Spoke to Carly who saidshe would send Chris the next day to check it out . The work was more extensive than I originally thought it would be but Chris fixed the problem that day. I’ve already had Nextdoor Electric back because of the great service and fair pricing as we are currently remodeling. Tae was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and had it repaired and installed in no time!

I arranged with Wired Electrical Services to have them replace and install a new light fixture in our home swimming pool yesterday, Wed. March 30, 2022. The dispatcher, Ellie, scheduled for an electrician/technician to come to our home between 2:00 and 6:00 pm today March 31, 2022 to install the fixture. It is now 7:00 p.m. and no-one from this company ever showed up. Furthermore, they did not even have the decency and courtesy to call to reschedule their failed appointment.To the Owner of Wired Electrical Services:There is a discrepancy regarding what the technician's account and what really transpired during last night's telephone call. To be clear he called after 7: 20 P.M, when it was already dusk, and said he couldn't come to our home because one of his earlier service calls took him almost all day to finish. I asked him whether he could still come over to make the installation. He said he was already home and didn't think he could make it and that I should call the office next morning to reschedule.My exception to this situation is that when Angel, the technician, found out he was running late, rather than making me wait for him for over three hours, why didn't he call me earlier so I could call your office to reschedule the appointment. Or why didn't he call the office himself when he could have. His lack of customer service, lack of professional courtesy, lack of communication and shoddy handling of this matter needs to be brought to your attention.With people like that working for you, I would definitely not even think of rescheduling our installation with your company. Thankyou.

I had a tree fall across the power line to my house and the electrical meter and lines were badly damaged so I needed all new equipment. I put a call in after hours and Nathan had returned my call to let me know that he would have a crew out to my house late morning to early afternoon. The crew arrived and completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and had also communicated with Centerpoint so they would know when to arrive and reconnect thr power. This was my first experience with Brotherly love and I will use them again and will recommend to anyone needing an electrician.

Oscar and team showed up at the appointed time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very professional and pointed out potential hazards that should be addressed. While on the job we expanded the list of scheduled work to include installation of outdoor lighting. Oscar was happy to accomodate. I would recommend Right Pro and would certainly use them again.

I called Lone Star for an estimate on wiring a furnace. Another company had begun a wiring overhaul, but didn't finish. I also needed a light fixture installed.They came to give the free estimate 2 days after I contacted them (they would have come sooner, but I wasn't in a hurry, since it wasn't an emergency). They found issues that other companies hadn't found and gave an estimate on the same day. (After a different company told me they needed a full day of billable work to evaluate and offer me an estimate.) They showed up on time to do the work and it was completed in 4 hours. They installed my light fixture, split a switch in my breaker box, added a furnace switch, and wired my furnace. It was great, fast work for a surprisingly low price. I'll be back to them for future electrical services.

Voltex replaced a main breaker panel for me outside the house. They were responsive and easy to get in touch with by text or phone. They provided a fair estimate and got it installed as agreed. Great contractor.

Beware of these people. They will seem as a nicely run family business, who are kind, courteous and honest. That’s where I made my mistake in trusting them. They will do everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you by bad business practice and dishonest dealings. They will do this all while smiling and lying to your face in the process. They put up a good front, so that they are able to deceive and manipulate people into situations where they can be taken advantage of. Steer as far away from this company if you are looking for honest dealings.

I called in for rewiring in my home and the technician exceeded my expectations. Great customer service and job well done. He made sure to do a final inspection to leave my home secure and I can just say I am satisfied with this company.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job!
