They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. They worked to find our problem and made all necessary repairs. They also replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. Paul & Juan were very kind and courteous. Joseph and Brian were very patient, thorough, and clear explaining the abstract electrical engineering world of knowledge in an hour’s time…and answering the million questions I had. We met in the middle. During that time they also shared their feedback to regarding our breaker and ac/camera power surge. They highly recommended that we get a surge protector which we did because I asked if they had ones in their own homes which they without hesitation said they did and it’s a life saver. I especially love people with integrity. So they installed it beautifully and swiftly. I also pitched a great idea to upgrade surge protectors and they thought it was simply brilliant. Hope they hit a home run with it and continue adding beautiful contributions to the table of humanity…and I will keep doing the same. Bismillah…

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

I worked with Jeanne Stubbs, she is amazing and has a lot of knowledge in this area. The technician arrived timely and did an excellent job. Simply amazing work! Thank you so very much!
