We had three electrical outlets go out in the house. I called up another company first and they immediately put me on hold. I didn't want that type of experience, so I looked up on Google reviews. Mister Sparky had an amazing rating so I called and immediately got a person, they're extremely nice and set an appointment. The technician showed up the next day and was extremely personable explain how he would figure out what the problem was first then give us an estimate. We agreed on a price he did the work fast and efficient and took care of the problem. I definitely will be using Mister Sparky in the future for electrical needs. An amazing experience all around.

Terrible! I had an appointment from 3-5 today. I cancelled work, clients, and arranged for kids to be picked up from school. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called and left a message and within minutes Jeremy who was supposed to show up called. They obviously informed him right then and he said he had told them he couldn't come. No one informed me! They wouldn't even have called. Wasted two hours of my life. Is this how people run a business?? Will not be using their service, or should I say lack of. Save yourself the time and call someone else. not even worth a star

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

I asked Curtis Electrical Solutions for second opinion on the electrical issues of my old rental property. The owner walked the whole house checked everything and provided me with detailed explanation on what is going on the wirings and what are needed to be done. He spent a good amount of time talking to me over the phone on issues and possible solutions. He treated my rental property like it is his own and put the safety of my tenant as his priority.I highly recommend this company especially to investors who have multiple houses to manage. He is trustworthy and will treat your rental like his own. He will definitely be added to my short list of trusted contractors.If you have any electrical question, give him a call for free estimate.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

I was skeptical because they gave a 9a-6p window. Fortunately, they arrived about 815a and we didn't have to wait an ENTIRE day without A/C! Our technician, Sammy, was professional and courteous. Our capacitor went out & he was able to fix it quickly. Would definitely recommend Abacus!

I was recommended this business and it delivered stupendously! Quick response time and they came out same day to check out the power box and electric vehicle charger installation area. They ordered the parts and came back to install it two days later. Quick and easy, I highly recommend 10/10!

I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror. The electrician was very friendly and the job was done quickly and very well from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the price he gave and with the quality of the work.

Mr Electric were there when I needed their help late one night. The lady answering the phone was professional and knowledgeable. It was not an emergency so I elected to have them come out the next day. Marcus was the electrician and he was the consummate professional- knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Marcus gave me my 3 options along with his professional opinion on each option. I decided on the safest option and Mr electric scheduled the work for the following morning since they would have to power off the house during the work. I could not be happier with Marcus’ work and with Mr Electric. I will use them in the future when anything goes wrong with my electric supply to the home. I just hope it will be a long while! LOL.
