His work was thorough and he was even kind enough to choose fixtures that were not only beautiful, but were also user friendly (we don't ever have to change light bulbs again!!). Mr. Electric was very professional and held the best value for cost compared to the multiple other companies I received quotes from. They called to schedule a free estimate and arrived on time. Nezir was amazing and gave me a quote within 5 minutes of looking over the project area (installing home EV charger). He completed the work same day within a couple of hours. Overall terrific service and would recommend.

The main breaker at my home blew out at 6:30pm on a weekday resulting in a complete power loss. The company was quick to locate and dispatch an electrician who was able to source a temporary replacement that evening and schedule a follow up to install the new replacement breaker the following morning. Power was restored to my home that evening in about an hour. I can not recommend this company more, excellent service, especially being an after hours service call.

Doug was the technician working at my home. He was very accommodating and helpful through the entire process of replacing the electrical box and doing minor repairs around the house. I would Most definitely recommend this company .
Mr. Electric renovated our breaker box. The Technician was professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the steps to me and completed the work within the estimated time since the power had to be turned off during the work.

Just had a service done with Scotty,
he answered all my questions, was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He expressed some concerns that he found which is appreciated. Very quick and reasonably priced. I will be calling again for future projects!

I called Mr. Electric late in the morning. Dispatcher scheduled a technician at a very reasonable time. Brandon the electrician showed up on time per the appointment. Brandon was professionally dressed. I informed him of the various problems I had been experiencing. He went thru each of my concerns step by step and diagnosed what was causing the issues. Brandon gave me a estimate of the repairs and went right to work on them. He is a very competent electrican. I will be using Mr. Electric for any problems I have in the future. I high recommend thier sevices.

Robert was amazing. He was on time, courteous, and explained everything that needed to be done as well as walking me through it afterwards.
He made suggestions for potential future work and explained the level of necessity for each project.
Scotty was very professional. He explained everything to us. He has exceptional customer service. Will use this company again.
Nick was great. Came in and quickly saw the situation and easily had it fixed in 20 minutes. Very honest as well.
I wanted and EV charger installed and Robert did an outstanding job answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed by Nick. Not only was he professional, he was also extremely personable and made what was initially a scary experience for us something that we felt better about. He answered all questions we had and always let us know what he would be working on so we could set our expectations.
Breaker box was installed 2 days after initial contact and was finished well before the end of day, Francisco & his helper were professional, friendly, & courteous. Highly recommend!!

The electrician, Brandon, showed up on time, accessed the repair needed, provided a binding estimate, and made the repairs. The solution was pretty complicated and took significant time and effort to figure out. He did a great job. I would definitely use the company and Brandon again.
Amazing service!I initially called another company. That company came out and just told me it'd be $300 to diagnose and maybe or maybe not fix the problem. They didn't know what the issue was and didn't care to check. They spent one hour trying to upsell me other products for $1000+. I declined their offer and searched for another company.I called Mr. Electric and they came out the next day. Fernando with Mr. Electric immediately started diagnosing the issue, identified it instantly, and then presented a quote cheaper than the first company I called. Not to mention, the service was quick. If I need an electrician in the future, I'll only be calling Mr. Electric of Katy.

We had an outlet that was sparking in our downstairs. Fernando came out and was very knowledgeable and truthful about out situation. He did not try to upsell us, but we know we needed a lot of work done. He set us up and fit us in early since we are a hazard case. Appreciate him alot for his honesty and workmanship.

My house pipes froze and busted. The water shorted my electric and i had electrical issues in half of my house. he trouble shooted the work and got the light working while we are waiting for insurance approvals to complete the repairs.
