Asked for a quote to change out about 62 outlets and switches. I told them I would provide the outlets and switches. Guess how much their estimate was!! $8,876.50. !!!!I found other companies that only charged $1000.Pls don't waste your time with this company.

Oscar and team showed up at the appointed time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very professional and pointed out potential hazards that should be addressed. While on the job we expanded the list of scheduled work to include installation of outdoor lighting. Oscar was happy to accomodate. I would recommend Right Pro and would certainly use them again.

I called to have someone do a couple general repairs and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Theo was our electrician and he was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our issues quickly. In addition, he identified a few safety issues and we had him fix those as well. He did not pressure us in to doing anything we didn’t want to do and thoroughly explained everything.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

We had Lone Star wire a new electrical box with new fuses, add the wiring of outside lights and an outside outlet, and do all the wiring for a hot tub. We paid them cash. We have had nothing but trouble. The outside GFI plug kept switching off. It's been replaced 3 times, twice by Lone Star. The electrician who replaced it today waterproofed the housing and pulled a ground wire out of the wall to attach it to the plug. DUH! In too big a hurry to attach a ground wire? The spa is the biggest problem. The wrong wire was used underground, so now we have to pull out all the ground work and the spa to have the correct wire installed. Also we need a switch within 12 feet of the spa to cut off the power which is a requirement. This alone will cost us upward of $2,000. Lone Star isn't returning calls or answering text messages.They do not guarantee their work. The last time we spoke they wanted $600 to come out about the switch. I do not recommend them.

If anyone need assistance with any type of electrical work and pulling permits for the work being performed I would HIGHLY recommend using Alpha Electric Company. I worked with Jeanne Stubbs, she is amazing and has a lot of knowledge in this area. The technician arrived timely and did an excellent job. Simply amazing work! Thank you so very much!
