I have a warranty and they sent out Matthew Bryce, technician, to evaluate my needs and report. He was professional, answered all my questions and very courteous. When the work is approved to be done, I will have AlPlus do the work. Very impressed with customer service at this point.

So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

We couldn’t be more pleased. Our parents are Seniors and they are helping to get their house safely updated to for their older home.
They also installed two ceiling fans too!

Did a quick google search and Nextdoor electric popped up. Wish these guys were at the very top of my search, it would have saved me time calling a few other places! I described my issues over the phone/text and Sal was able to quickly diagnose it and also came by to take a look within a day. He didn’t even charge me for taking a look! Great service and great user experience and fixed multiple issues within 15 mins. Highly recommend!

Never use this electrician!!! We had given them a simple contract to change the low amps cable to higher amp & they blew up our credit card machine, icy machine, 2 big freezers & printers in our store. It costed us twice of what we were suppose to pay them!!

Brotherly Love is one of our many electrical customers I sell low voltage wire to. My panel at home was arching and too dangerous for me to touch. Brotherly love was the first company I called out of the 30 or so electrical guys I deal with. I went straight to them because I trust them and the work they do. Daniel had me scheduled for a Friday. When all of a sudden my panel went nuts my AC breaker was catching fire basically. I told them I needed them ASAP. We only had to go one night without our AC. They showed up the next morning and spent all day at my house. Clean work, professional, courteous, communicative and on time. Thanks guys.

11/4/19 Oscar Rosales with Right Pro was friendly and professional. He installed Ring Doorbell and gave me estimates on additional work that I plan to have done soon. I definitely will use Right Pro Electrical Services again.11/21/20 Oscar Rosales did such a great job in 2019 that I called Right Pro to request him again. He had given me an estimate on installing an outside Ring floodlight if I decided to buy one. Oscar installed the Ring Floodlight and installed outlet/plug. I definitely will call him for any electrical needs. Very friendly, helpful, and professional.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Incredibly professional and honest. Quickly figured out the issue (shorted door bell transmitter) and were super honest about the repairs. Will definitely use them for future repairs!
