A1 was so incredibly prompt with the estimate service and repair service. The repair was so quick and the technicians were very confident in their job which made me feel confident overall. I would highly recommend this business.

Technician installed a replacement smart switch. It was not straight forward due to complications with 3-way and the other side. However, he resolved and got a successful install. They are VERY proud of their prices. Make sure you know it will not be cheap. Good electricians are worth paying for, but this was a bit over the top. Talk to them about this prior to starting the job.

I had some more electrical issues and called West Houston Electrical. We are cin a freeze warning so I know they were swamped with putting in generators, but they still made time for me and Kathy kept me informed as to theo time of arrival. Good communications. Thank you Kathy! Theo diagnose the problem before he did repairs and restore power. I had a generator installed by another company and Theo inspected the electrical work they did. There are some items not up to code! I am glad he did an inspection. Good communication. He took time to explain what had happened! Thank you Theo. Curtis was amazing! He arrived on time and I loved that he took time to wear booties over his shoes and lay down a sheet to protect my floors. I greatly appreciate him taking time to explain the issue and make expert recommendations to provide a longer lifetime of the fixtures. I work in commercial/retail property management and my company has used CPL for all of our electrical needs over the last year, since we were first referred by a mutual business partner.From the very first job, we were truly impressed by the communication, professionalism, quality of work and value. Anyone who has worked with any of the skilled trades knows that finding a company that has ALL of these qualities truly is a needle in the haystack. CPL has completed jobs for us as simple as changing out one light fixture style to another to running new wiring tens of feet and have even done a few investigative fixes for us on some things that I certainly can't explain the minutiae of (but Chris, the operations manager can), I just know they got fixed...like the giant sign on the front of our building that sadly sat unlit for months and now glows beautifully!The bottom line is, you're going to get quality work at an honest price and you won't be in the dark about anything (no pun intended). Chris is very transparent and communicative about the whole process and while it may or may not sway your motivation to work with CPL, I don't think it should go without noting that he is a notably kind person to work with.

Our baseboard heater was not working suddenly and we needed a quick fix. We contacted this company and they were very cordial on the phone. Jason listened to our problem carefully and gave us a schedule the next day. We were very satisfied with Jason’s work. He was a true professional and fixed it just within an hour. On top of that, he is very well-mannered. He was very respectful to us and explained every detail thoroughly. We were very impressed by his behavior and performance overall. Mr Electric were there when I needed their help late one night. The lady answering the phone was professional and knowledgeable. It was not an emergency so I elected to have them come out the next day. Marcus was the electrician and he was the consummate professional- knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Marcus gave me my 3 options along with his professional opinion on each option. I decided on the safest option and Mr electric scheduled the work for the following morning since they would have to power off the house during the work. I could not be happier with Marcus’ work and with Mr Electric. I will use them in the future when anything goes wrong with my electric supply to the home. I just hope it will be a long while! LOL. Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

The staff at OHMS were very responsive and were able to come out quickly. Once at the house, the electricians worked swiftly, efficiently, and were also good at explaining everything they had done, as well as answering all other questions I had (since I know next to nothing re: electrical). I'll definitely work with them again.
