Really great they identified a the blockage in our drain and then found a leak under our kitchen sink and handled it! Also the sink is notoriously loose so they tightened it. Went above and beyond and were fairly priced! Thanks Mario!

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

VIP Plumbing did a wonderful job of repairing our kitchen faucet. They got someone out very quickly, walked me through the issue and my options and pricing (which seemed very reasonable), and did great work with the actual repair. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.

Great service...we used them for a blocked drain need cleaning , which they resolved quickly...but we still had issues with the sink not draining.....the gentlemen who came round tried a couple of things and was able to find the root cause (the blockage was due to buildup of dishwasher tablets)....all I can say is they were fast to respond, professional and very reliable. Highly recommend their service!

I'm conflicted writing this review. My initial experience with them was wonderful. We bought a built-in wall microwave and contacted M&R to install it and Robert came out on Sat 6/26. The trim kit we that had to buy separately (because apparently built-in microwaves are like Apple products; you end up paying double the price for accessories) did not fit the microwave correctly. Robert went ahead and installed the microwave in the wall so we could at least use it. He directed us to a website in which we could order a custom trim kit to fit the space and helped me take the measurements needed. He told me that when the trim kit came in to give him a call and he'd come out within a day at no charge to install it. He even fixed a minor issue with our refrigerator door for us. We were extremely impressed with the help he had given us. We happily paid him and thought we'd found a great business to call on for future needs.Here's where it goes downhill. The trim kit came in on Friday 7/9 in the afternoon. I called Robert to let him know we received it. It was late in the day and he said he couldn't make it out until Monday. No problem. Monday comes around. No call, no show. I call him Tuesday morning. He said was was in another area of town but he'd try to come that afternoon and if he couldn't then definitely he'd come on Wednesday. That's fine. Houston is a large city and I can understand the logistics of trying to cover a large service area. No call, no show the rest of the day. No call through the noon hour on Wednesday to let me know when he's coming. At this point I'm starting to get skeptical of his intentions. I call him on Wednesday afternoon to ask him when he thought he'd be able to be here to install then trim kit. He puts me off again and says it'd be Thursday (today as I write this). So I straight up ask him if he's planning to come back and he hangs up on me.It's hard for me to resolve the terrific service we received on the day that we paid Robert with the repeated snubs I received for something that he said he'd do for us to complete the job with no further charge. Then again, maybe it shouldn't be hard to figure that out. In any case, I'm disabled due to a neck injury and it's difficult to impossible for me to do these kinds of things myself. So now I'm left with the option of finding another business (and paying another service fee) to finish the job. No matter how fantastic the initial service was, Robert's treatment of me afterward is unacceptable and therefore I cannot recommend this business to anyone.
