Best General Electrical in Houston TX

I highly recommend Paul Richard Electric, they were referred to me by a friend who previously used them with great results. My mother had an electrical issue that could not be solved by other (so called) electricians at her home. I called and spoke with Paul on a Saturday morning ( which shocked me being a weekend and all), he was very thorough and professional over the phone, he had a technician by the name of Joshua dispatched over to her home immediately and within a very short time, PROBLEM SOLVED!! My mother was and still is extremely satisfied to say the least. We will be referring Paul Richard Electric to any and all who need an electrician in the future. Thank you Paul and Joshua!

Just moved into a new house and wanted quality work that I could afford and I received it.

While the service tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are outrageous. I had a 120 outlet put in for my new gas stove and replaced the outside switch for my compressor. This work took 45 minutes and they charged me $850. Even after considering they doubled the cost of the switch and GFCI outlet, I figure their labor rate to be about $300/hr. That is three times the going rate.

Issac arrived wearing a mask and booties. I informed him of the issue. Isaac proceeded to make the necessary repair.
Issac was very professional and detailed. I will continue using Right Touch Electrical for all electrical work for my home.

They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. Sounds like these guys do great work. I wouldn't know because they didn't show up for our scheduled appointment this morning, and no one is answering the phone at their office. I have yet to receive any follow-up calls.There could be a good explanation for the no-show. But I had to take time off work to meet their electrician, and now I have to take more time off to meet the electrician for the next company I call to provide the estimate i was trying to get from this company. Bummer.

I have been using Wired Electric ever I since moved to Houston 4 years ago. In a city of this size, it can be tough to find a reliable electric company, but I knew that I had a winner with Wired. They have done everything from running new home runs for appliances to repair frayed wiring in my attic. I have never needed to look for a backup electrician because they are always on time, on quote and friendly and courteous.

The best company. They've never let us down. They're responsive, agile, and proactive when dealing with power disruptions, but also patient.

Tyrell was great, did above and beyond and swooped in and helped me in a time of need, ensured everything was fixed and completed just as promised. Would recommend to others to use. First when others could not come when my house was having power fluctuations, Tyrell came out after 7 and did not charge after hours rates and made time because of how serious it ended up being. If it was not for him could have caused a disaster for my house.

Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
