He said he learned so much from his boss!!!! Just amazing young man!You won’t go wrong with calling on them!They were reasonable and honest and determined to make sure all was taken care of!!!A total blessing!!!

I'm so impressed by this company! They went out for free, and gave my client a thorough report of repairs with options and pricing for all options. We haven't scheduled service yet, but I will absolutely be using them in the future and referring all of my clients to them!

This review covers both the company (Mr. Electric) and the service technician (Brandon Turner).I am thoroughly pleased with both the company and Brandon Turner's service of my electrical problem at my residence.There is but one word that fully describes Brandon Turner's level of service that was provided at my residence. That word is Excellent. From the moment Brandon knocked on my door, to the moment he completed the service, he displayed a full array of know-how, understanding, and focus. The service call at my residence involved multiple problems. I explained the problems to Brandon and he went to work solving them. I was especially impressed by his methodological way of diagnosing and approaching the problems with an eye toward solving them. He was thorough in investigating the symptoms and he took his time to make sure that nothing was misdiagnosed. He then arranged his work to attack each other problems in an order that clearly demonstrated that he knew what he was doing. One of the electrical problems that I was facing required Brandon to make a second trip to the supply store. He may the second trip without complaining and without delay.Upon completion of his work, Brandon cleaned up and hand vacuumed the area where he was working. He did such a complete job cleaning up that by the end of the project, I was not able to tell where he was working.Before leaving my residence, Brandon explained to me in detail all aspects of the work and how I can expect things to be going forward.I highly recommend the company, Mr. Electric and the service technician, Brandon Turner.The excellent service began with the way the company contacted me to confirm the scheduling of the service visit. The company representative who I spoke with was courteous and very patient with me during the entire conversation. In fact, there was a point in time when I had to put the person on hold because another call had come through. When I was able to return to my call with the Mr. Electric representative, although I apologized, she did not seem irritated or bothered that it took me so long to get back to the call. In this day and age where so many people seem to be irritated with the smallest of things, it was like a breath of fresh air for the company representative to be so patient and understanding with me during the service call scheduling phase.I was also impressed with the company's process and system for staying in touch with me as the service call date was upcoming. I really liked the information that the company would send to me via text message as the service call date was forthcoming. I also really appreciated the manner in which the company's representatives called me as the service date was upcoming.

So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

Same day service. They called about 30 minutes before Michael arrived which was earlier than scheduled. He analyzed the problem quickly and gave us a reasonable quote. He completed the work quickly to my satisfaction. I will call Mr. Sparky for my future electrical needs.

After a big thunderstorm came through had a tree fall and took out powerline to the house. Right Touch Electrical came to the rescue. They order the parts needed making sure that I was up to code.The crew work through till the repairs were finished. The crew them self were polite, professional and knew their job. The young lady that work the telephone was great. She told me who was coming, went and what to look for. ( name tag, truck with company sign). At this time they offer discounts to Veterans, First Responders and ones over the age of 55. If needed they will be my first choice.

A picture is worth a thousand words... I had a similar experience to Sam DC. $500 to remove replace two ceiling fans and replace with chandeliers and two install dimmer switches. Picture is the quality of their work. Choose carefully.

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

Tradesmen are notoriously unreliable when promising to come out, but The Copper World Electricians electrician came out when he said he would. I had them install some smart switches and replace a breaker that kept tripping. They explained what the issue with the breaker was and why it needed to be replaced.In addition, after installing the new switches, once all the work was complete, the electrician went out to his car to get a small vacuum to clean up the mess. I liked that professional touch.

Justin was very professional and I would highly recommend them. He was very accurate and handled all my needs on installation a new box. I even had him autograph my new panel!

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
