In the 30 years I have lived in this house, I have witnessed the work of many electricians. Most were bad and some were just OK. But Paul Richard Electric in my opinion set the gold standard for professionalism and competence in caring for my property. Electrical problems were diagnosed efficiently and accurately the first time. The prices were very fair, and the service was very courteous and timely. I spoke with Paul a number of times on the phone and he was unfailingly polite and attentive to my needs. He sent Damian, a totally professional and incredibly responsible and efficient young man to do the many electrical tasks that needed a professional's attention. I have never met Paul Richard in person, and I am in no way related or affiliated to anyone in his employ. I simply did my homework online and called for service. This, in my opinion, is a company that deserves many more opportunities to grow and serve our community.

David arrived with mask on and shoe covering. ?Surveyed the job and gave me an excellent rate. I checked a few other companies but A1 Plus beat their rate by a fraction of the cost.

Have used their services for past 5 years. We have ad them install lights, light timer, and ceiling fans. They have always done great electrical work in our home.

We purchased our home mid-June with original 1979 electrical panel. Our Homeowner's Insurance carrier recently sent us a letter requiring that we replace this panel by Aug 31, otherwise our coverage would be terminated :( I set up an appointment with Mister Sparky for Saturday. Thomas came out did, I believe, a 31 point inspection, gave me options as to the work we needed completed and anything additional we'd like to add. He was very informative, straight-forward about pricing and wasn't pushy. After going over financing options and approval, he came back early Monday morning and did an awesome job in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the work he did. My panel looks beautiful. I'm sure my insurance carrier will have no problem continuing our coverage now.I would definitely recommend Mister Sparky (Thomas) for any of your electrical needs!Photos are Before & After

I was completely satisfied with Right Touch Electrical. From the first contact phone call through completion of service, everyone was courteous and professional. The service technician (Reuben) was right on time that he said he would arrive, went straight to his work and sorted out my issue.I was very satisfied and thought the price was fair for the value provided.

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

I am very satisfied and will be using NextDoor Electric for any future electrical work. I needed an EV charger professionally installed, and this place was in the neighborhood. I never used NextDoor Electric before, but after reading all the reviews I decided to give them a chance. The reviews don't lie, NextDoor Electric is excellent. They worked with me to set an appointment that worked best for my schedule and answered any questions I had prior to the appointment. On appointment day, they were able to get me a very reasonable quote and perform the work all within the stated appointment window. The quote came in lower than I expected, and much lower than the recommended installers from the EV manufacturer themselves. On top of that, NextDoor Electric warranties all of their work, making them a great value.One thing I will note is that EV chargers are still relatively new, and each manufacturer has their own special installation instructions. Please don't expect NextDoor (or any electrician) to be product experts for every charger out there, there will be some on-the-job learning and double-checking to make sure the install is done correctly. I won't knock NextDoor Electric on this detail because its new for everyone. However, I saw Tae (the installer) take several pictures and notes to send back to their office that I hope will be used for future jobs.Finally, ask for Tae, he's a good guy and very friendly. Very thorough with his work, and cleaned up after the job was done.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Overpriced for performed services

WIRED has great 24 hour services!! My lights shut off when I was home alone and someone came out quickly and helped me! They are awesome!!

On the spot same day fix was possible and that helped me out majorly!

I just had my first semi-annual Generac generator maintenance service. The technician was very professional & courteous. And, he explained what he completed and the status of the generator. While I am a new customer since Wood Electrical Services installed my generator last June, I am a satisfied customer.

They took time to replace my old electric panel. Everything was done right and the price I think is right because they are the only one I called, so I can’t compare. For the amount of time and work that they did. It’s worth. Thanks so much for your work.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Kevin at Texas Electrical was very professional and thorough. Our outlets in our kitchen quit working and he was able to get everything up and running and he calculated everything running on that circuit to ensure that it could handle the energy use moving forward.

Work was performed quickly and professionally, all questions were answered and forward looking advice was provided unprompted. Will definitely be using for any further electrical work. Also just an extremely pleasant person.
