Best Emergency Electrician in Houston TX

Efren was very professional and took time to educate along the way. His troubleshooting skills were very thorough and accommodated my questions. Tracked the problem down to a faulty outlet that would have took days for me to figure out on my own. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Recommend Efren and Paul Richard Electric without hesitation.

To start, the electrician was awesome and professional. This review has to do with the people in office. I called to set an appt after getting $50 off email which was not ever given to me. When I set the appt up over the phone the girl seemed lost and confused. She put me on hold to go ask someone about my partial payment. She took all my card info to set the appt with 50% deposit. Then said I would get an email. Never got the email. So I emailed the previous email with my estimate attached to figure out where my receipt was and confirmation of appt. Someone responded and sent the info. So after being charged 50% of $500 they sent me the pay link after the electrician came out. I informed them I already did the 50% deposit because according to them you HAVE to do it in order to make the appt. They said someone in accounting would call me Monday to discuss why my bill was still $500. NOBODY till this day has called me or emailed. I tried calling but of course no answer! No return calls! They take your money and rip you off. I should have known to seek another company the minute the girl sounded lost on the phone. Then they had the audacity to email me to pay the $500 or they will put it on my credit report. I thought all the great reviews but def the worst company! So I had to pay it as I am purchasing a new home. BEWARE of the office staff!!! Funny they can email to demand money but not discuss why they have stolen an extra $250 from me!!! Reporting them to BBB

Attention to Details, On time, professional this is the second time I have used this company and have been so impressed with their professionalism, and respect for my home. Electrician wore 'booties' over his work boots, and gave me many options (different price ranges) for jobs I need for our home---many security related. And....they did not charge me for the visit. Did an excellent job installing and explaining

The technician was professional and knowledgeable and he explained everything to my understanding.The reason I didn't use this business is the price quoted to me was high to install a ring floodlight camera. If the price would have been just a little lower, I would have gladly had it installed.

The electrician that came out was very nice and went with me to a couple of places to track down a new timer for my pool pump. He selected the timer and installed it. Now a couple of weeks later my pool company tells me that the wrong voltage timer was installed and this caused my pump motor to burn up. Seeing that this is costing me $525 for a new motor (which was replaced within the last 2 years) I also am having to pay them for the installation of the correct voltage timer which was another $250. When you add in taxes I am having to pay $800 for something that should have cost me perhaps $275. Oh and that is not counting the nearly $200 I paid you. My pool company has recommended that I not use your services again and I have to agree.

Excellent service! Dahir was great at communicating and scheduling an appointment per my availability. The technicians Salat and Tae were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed 3 Chandeliers for us, we're so happy with their work. Will definitely return for any future services needed.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

Justin was very professional and I would highly recommend them. He was very accurate and handled all my needs on installation a new box. I even had him autograph my new panel!

Quality work and prices seemed very reasonable. Had recessed lights installed in a room that had no existing light fixtures and added a new box with a dimmer switch to control. A ballpark price was given over the phone and it was basically right on, even included all parts including adjustable light color LED bulb/trim kit combos.

My ceiling required the installation of a new light fixture. I hired this electrician, and he did a fantastic job. He was also reasonably priced and simple to deal with.

These guys are so over priced I don't recommend this place to anybody please stay away from here .

I was searching for a good electric company to do my house electrical works and found Mr. Electric. Thought to try this company since I see the truck in our neighborhood very common recently. I am impressed with their electrical service. Very professional, on time and the electrician know what he is doing. Very knowledgeable. Economical too. Highly recommended.

Ben explained everything that was wrong with my circuit and the work was done within an hour. He showed us all the work he had completed. We found this company to be customer focused, very professional and extremely friendly to deal with.

Used them to install a whole house generator. They know their stuff. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And slight modifications off of the normal process are not a problem for these guys to take care of. They are also very fast to answer their phones and take care of any issues that arise. They send you a quote so there are no hidden charges. what you see is what you pay.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

They do a poor job and don't stand by the integrity of their work. I bought my home brand new, they did the wiring, and it had numerous electrical issues. I have a ceiling fixture in my kitchen that I never wired. I decided to install a pendant light and upon inspection, I realized there was no power coming from the wires. I have never touched any of this since moving into my brand new house. Texas Electrical Residential Contractors would charge $140 just to inspect what they originally improperly installed. If you want a cheap, unreliable, and unsupported home electrical system, go to Texas Electrical Residential Contractors. Otherwise, find someone with integrity who can do the job right the first time.

I had this company repair some sockets and switches in my office. They were able to get on site and complete the work quickly, with a friendly attitude. I would recommend them for any electrical problems you might come across!
