Best Emergency Electrical Service in Houston TX

Paul came out on the same day that I called him and was very helpful in showing me some of the things that were of concern on a house that I just bough. He said somethings weren’t up to code but it would OK until the electric needed to be redone then it should be done at code. He gave me an estimate on a new panel and was very helpful with a lot of questions that I had about electric problems. I would recommend him. Price seems reasonable and he has a two hour minimum.

Called after hours with an immediate need, they had someone out quickly. Professional service, highly recomended.

This company is AWESOME!!!! Ruben was our contact, very knowledgeable and friendly check everything in attic and everywhere around the house, I was impressed with the whole company. We had lots of electrical problems going on but Ruben assured me they could handle all of it and they did!!!!! They were a clean crew, no mess left afterwards. The electricians we have had the pleasure of interacting with are knowledgeable, honest, and respectful (Tae, Salat, and Andres). A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Honest and reasonable!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Has a great experience With Kevin. He was very professional and went the extra mile when he noticed the person who installed my ceiling fan left a screw missing on the bracket. Kevin took care of the screw and gave me peace of mind my fan wouldn’t fall on me. Great service! Thanks Kevin.

Marsha has no customer service, shes really rude. You cant understand when she picks up the phone or even thru conversation, did let her know i was having a hard time hearing, did ask if she can speak up and she just stay quiet. I just ended the conversation.
