Mr. Electric did a very professional job on my rental house with a breaker box replacement and also some other minor work. They worked very quickly to get everything done and were very informative and professional. I also had an issue with CenterPoint after the installation (at no fault of Mr. Electric at all) and Todd, Hayden & Xavier did everything they could to help and were very responsive to me. I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric and I would use them again!

I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and look at the breaker box in my salon. Carlos was my tech and he was very helpful and considerate, I really love the service that Carlos provided and although he had to come back the next day to correct someone else's problem, he was on time and professional. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and he explained everything to my understanding.The reason I didn't use this business is the price quoted to me was high to install a ring floodlight camera. If the price would have been just a little lower, I would have gladly had it installed.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Told Burt what was going on with the house. There was miscommunication and the problem was not taken care of after spending $5300.00. Now they want an additional $1000.00 to fix the problem. That was a deal offered after they quoted me $1600.00 Apparently I need additional work and Bert made a note on the stating I denied the initial work only after asking Burt if what I needed was essential. He said no. So why would I agree to pay $5300 not an additional 1600 to get the electric up to par? I will never use Mr. Electric or their parents sister company Mr. Rooter, who never answers the phone by the way ever again.

Our power went out and I needed an electrician as fast as possible, but the electrician who came to my home initially was not a good fit for our project. I had to wait all day for him to show up and he argued with me about a few things before leaving. Luckily, when I called the electrician later that night, he was able to come over and complete the job in time.
