By far my best experience with an electric service in the area! They were easy to schedule a same day appointment then upon arrival quick to diagnose the problem. Had the pleasure of meeting several employees and Paul too, all of whom were very professional and courteous. Will definitely refer them to my friends and family and saved their number immediately. I was without service for a couple of days of power in various places in my house. A1 came out in a Saturday last min call and fixed all my problems. I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !
