Jose came and did a great job checking my AC system electrical. He was on time, thorough and showed me what he found. Overall I had a great experience.

Javier was friendly, professional, explained what he was doing, and for being emergency weekend service the price was very reasonable!

Excellent Job Todd. Showed up right on time, the work involved both electrical & plumbing, the other electricians I called would not take the job because of the plumbing component, Todd got to job, finished both the the electrical & plumbing work. Going above & beyond he fixed another appliance that was malfunctioning, still sticking to the original quote. We are super impressed by the quality of his work & professionalism. Todd will be our go to guy from now on for all our electrical repair work.

BEWARE. I hate to give a negative review for a small business, but Google is where I found On Time Electric & hired them because of great reviews. Here is my experience...they were called in to restore power to one room in my home. My wife was home with a broken leg & let the electrician Greg inside. He began to troubleshoot the issue...however, he apparently needed to call backup to figure out the issue. After fiddling around in the attic for a bit, they realized that a wire had been stapled through in a couple places. They pulled the wire & popped two staples out which seemed to fix the problem. That first trip they left my house without cleaning up their mess, left my ceiling fan on full blast & for some reason left my garage door wide open? I received an invoice for $550, without any itemized explanation as to what they fixed other than they pulled on a wire & popped some staples. That evening I realized that switching on the bedroom light would cause the lighting in the dining room to go dim ++ the switch was super hot. The next morning I called the main number & spoke with John about my experience. He provided me with an explanation of their standard protocol for not turning off anything before leaving putting the blame on me for leaving the switches in the on position for the ceiling fan (which I absolutely did not, but fine) John also explained why the cost was so high (apparently they charge $285 just to knock on your door & mentioned that if they were to have to replace wiring it would approach $800....for one single feeder pull. One) He didn't really address why the project site was left a mess & switched the subject over to their on-demand invoicing - We usually we take payment after the job is done, but your wife had a broken leg & said you'd handle it Sooooo after a lot of excuses, he finally agreed to send the electrician back to complete the job. Greg returned first thing the next day & firmed up some wiring connections which seemed to fix the issue. I am still not entirely confident in their work. They also left me another new mess to clean up (see photo) & didn't change the invoice to be more reasonable. So if you need a company to jiggle a few wires & make a big mess in your home for a ton of money, On Time Electric should be your first choice. BEWARE

Had master electrician Jeremy to come and upgrade my circuit panel based on a recommendation from technician Michael R the previous day. I’m happy to know that I have competent professionals working to help me before problems arise. Thanks again Mister Sparky! Will definitely use them for my electrical needs in the future. Excellent company to take care of your electrical needs. We had to re schedule because right touch had some emergency repairs but I really appreciated all the calls that was keeping me updated. Ruben our service tech was outstanding, he explained in detail what was needed and suggested we update the box with a surge protector, which we will do soon. Thank you Right Touch. We will recommend you to our friends and family.

This is the second time we've used Harmony. The technician that came out, Raul, was courteous and efficient. The prices are also quite reasonable -- I was really expecting the cost to be a bit higher for the job than it was. Good service, good value, can't beat that :)

Nextdoor has been a breath of fresh air. They have immediate appointments available and their electricians show up during the window quoted. The electricians we have had the pleasure of interacting with are knowledgeable, honest, and respectful (Tae, Salat, and Andres). Salat, in particular, took his time to discuss the issues he found with us and made some great recommendations. We will gladly use Nextdoor for our electrical needs.

Elvis and Joel are both great people. They came out to my business to replace the cable TAP box and had all of my tenants lights turned back on in no time.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Terrible! I had an appointment from 3-5 today. I cancelled work, clients, and arranged for kids to be picked up from school. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called and left a message and within minutes Jeremy who was supposed to show up called. They obviously informed him right then and he said he had told them he couldn't come. No one informed me! They wouldn't even have called. Wasted two hours of my life. Is this how people run a business?? Will not be using their service, or should I say lack of. Save yourself the time and call someone else. not even worth a star

Sabrina Longoria was so professional and responsive despite my frustration with a certain process. She never got out of character even while my venting was passionate. She remained calm and simply executed until my request was completed. This changed my thoughts around a process that was very touchy for me. She deserved to be recognized

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

I am so very happy with the service and recommendations provided by Mr. Sparky Electrical company! Ryan B. was very professional and took the time to explain and answering all my questions. He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary.
