I have never......NEVER......had such a great experience with service technicians of any sort, any where.We had an electrical issue that manifested itself 19 years after we had our house built. We tried calling all the repair services we had seen advertised on television, and a few that were local to our community. None of them could commit to getting to us that day, or even the next. Some even required an exorbitant (to me, at least......I call $199.00 exorbitant) trip fee......WHICH WAS IN ADDITION TO any repairs that were to be made--------HARD PASS!! Meanwhile, we are 100% without electricity to a major part of our house.I started a Google search and found Next Door. The young man with whom I spoke at Next Door was extremely polite and professional, and seemed to really care about our situation. We set up an appointment with Next Door for the next day.The repair team (Sal & Tae) that was assigned our repair called the next morning and told me they would be able to get to the house earlier than expected, and could be there within the hour if that would be okay.........(DEFINITELY!!!)UPON their arrival I explained to them what had happened and the area(s) affected. They immediately told me they knew what the problem was, and where it started. After a very thorough inspection, they had not only repaired the problem, but also checked every single outlet and switch in the affected areas to make sure there was no other damage done. Then they swept up and cleaned up and we were done.I can not recommend Next Door Electrical strongly enough. They are without equal, as darxas I am concerned. They have in me, a customer for life!

The electrician (Jeremy) from Mr Electric came to my home. I explained the issue to him and he was able to fix it. He was very friendly and informative. I’d gladly use them for any other electrical problems I have in the future.

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

I had a tree fall across the power line to my house and the electrical meter and lines were badly damaged so I needed all new equipment. I put a call in after hours and Nathan had returned my call to let me know that he would have a crew out to my house late morning to early afternoon. The crew arrived and completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and had also communicated with Centerpoint so they would know when to arrive and reconnect thr power. This was my first experience with Brotherly love and I will use them again and will recommend to anyone needing an electrician.

We have nothing but good things to say about Curtis Campbell – a master electrician who in short order corrected the mess made by a DYI homeowner (that would be me) who overestimated his home repair skills. Curtis arrived on time, was unfailingly courteous, immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem, made helpful suggestions about possibly upgrading our circuit breaker box, and was on his way with a check for what we considered to be a fair price for his excellent work. Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

The reviews on here are all employees of the said company. Small company = small mindedness.. Greenhands are hired then fired after it slows down because lack of productivity or motivation. How can a greenhand show their best quality when they are limited to bs work and no learning experience. The owner himself shows no concern for his non favorite employees also he curses with vulgar language. If you want to waste your time then this is the company for you. Also, they have horrible staff management. A project on the Northside would have employees living on the other side of town out there and vice versa. Belco electric. Hah.
