Jose came on time. He was extremely professional and understanding. I had recently purchase a washer and dryer. But the dryer was not working. The people who dropped off the set recommend me contact an electrician to come out. Jose explained to me what the issue was and gave me a handful of options on how to proceed. He was not pushy about the most expensive option. But I just wanted to get the dryer up and running. And that is exactly what he did. He ended up replacing the 4 prong outlet to a 3 prong outlet. And the dryer now works. Jose is friendly and has great house manners. Would recommend anyone to Paul Richard Electric. Thank you Jose for your amazing expertise.

I’m having pictures taken of my house tomorrow in order to sell it, and three rooms lost all ceiling light! I had to get the lights working or new lamps in these rooms ASAP. I called and they had somebody out to quote a price within an hour 1/2 and had the repair guys come out immediately after. They had everything fixed within an hour-2 and I’m so happy! Both representatives of Mister Sparky that serviced our house were Best In Class. Both were professional, thorough, knowledgeable and considerate. Joshua came to our house the very day I contacted Mister Sparky. He also made sure to provide us with multiple options for us to feel comfortable with the value and services selected. Carnell replaced our electrical panel the very next day exactly when he was scheduled to arrive. And we received notifications when both Joshua and Carnell were on their way. Both Joshua and Carnell made sure we understood the new equipment and answered all of our questions. Great job without any hard sales. And to further that point, some items were noticed as not being needed once installation was under way so they were removed from the invoice. I have used Wired Electrical Services for many years and they do very good work. I always get an estimate from the electrician on how long he thinks the work will take and the cost involved before he starts the work. Once we agree on this estimate the end results are always good. They will work with you to stay in your budget. I will always use them for my electrical work.

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

After the big freeze in February I began my search for an electrician to install a generator.I started my search with a generator superstore because I was going use them for everything from sales to installation but when they told me a generator wasn't available until June/July. I knew I had to find a generator and someone to install it.Let me tell you, I called and met with 9 different electrician company reps and it was getting to be like speed dating. Met 1 sometimes 2 a day. I created a chart of companies, prices, availability (booked because of what's going on) and what their installation covered, plumbers, transfer switch installation, etc. Some wouldn't install a generator unless they sold it to you.I met with JP first. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all of my picky questions. Even explaining how we could save on installation if we run piping above ground and not under. When meeting with JP, it was like he was being thoughtful of the customers needs. He was on your side.So Nathan the owner, was in charge of the project but then his wife gave birth. So then Daniel his business partner and team took over the project so that he could spendmore time with family. Rightfully so. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. I never once felt like anyone had dropped the ball. Even while there were lots of service calls post great freeze.Text messages and emails were responded to in excellent time. If they didn't have an answer, they'd still respond saying they'd call CenterPoint for an update.I did not purchase my generator from Brotherly Love Electric but they do provide that service. I had bought mine as soon as I found one since they were pretty scarce.Things that impacted the price of installation that I did not expect was how far the Generator was from the gas meter and generator placement was set by HOA rules.I hope this review is helpful to my fellow reviewers and the great guys at Brotherly Love Electric.

The Right Pro electricians did a good job installing a breaker subpanel and running power out to an A/C unit at my house. The electricians showed up on time and the work was completed with minimal power black out to the house. They even returned to the house two days later to upsize the circuit breaker to accommodate a larger than planned A/C unit. I was very pleased with their work.

All employees I have dealt with are friendly and knowledgeable.

In the past year I’ve used their services twice for two different works. Every time it is so much pleasure to see how Curtis perform no rush inspection of the problem, explaining every single step that needs to be done in order to fix it. After making an estimate of the cost and our agreement on the date, he will show up on time, diligently fixing the problem, leaving place as clean as it was before he started the work.In addition to being wonderful professional, Curtis has very pleasant personality. This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

They do a poor job and don't stand by the integrity of their work. I bought my home brand new, they did the wiring, and it had numerous electrical issues. I have a ceiling fixture in my kitchen that I never wired. I decided to install a pendant light and upon inspection, I realized there was no power coming from the wires. I have never touched any of this since moving into my brand new house. Texas Electrical Residential Contractors would charge $140 just to inspect what they originally improperly installed. If you want a cheap, unreliable, and unsupported home electrical system, go to Texas Electrical Residential Contractors. Otherwise, find someone with integrity who can do the job right the first time.
