I needed a manual interlock and inlet installed for my portable generator. They had to wait for parts since the demand was so high after the winter storm. When parts came in they set up an appointment the next day and showed up on time. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They also had the best price. Excellent Service from the time I went online at 9:00 pm requesting ASAP service the following morning. West Houston Electric Returned my call at 9:20 pm and told me they would have a truck at my house 8:00 am. Drew P. arrived early and went to work immediately and resolved the matter before my 10:00 am inspection. I had previously hired a local electrician a week before the inspection to complete items that had to be fixed, only to learn they still hadn't been out to fix anything. West Houston Electric saved the day for me.

I called Lone Star for an estimate on wiring a furnace. Another company had begun a wiring overhaul, but didn't finish. I also needed a light fixture installed.They came to give the free estimate 2 days after I contacted them (they would have come sooner, but I wasn't in a hurry, since it wasn't an emergency). They found issues that other companies hadn't found and gave an estimate on the same day. (After a different company told me they needed a full day of billable work to evaluate and offer me an estimate.) They showed up on time to do the work and it was completed in 4 hours. They installed my light fixture, split a switch in my breaker box, added a furnace switch, and wired my furnace. It was great, fast work for a surprisingly low price. I'll be back to them for future electrical services.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

I spoke to Fidel (the owner ) who was recommended by David Weekly contractor for a ceiling fan not working.Fidel asked me if I had reset the ceiling fan before he sent someone out and I said I had.One of his guys came out and pulled a chain and said he had fixed the problem!!!! Couple hours later the fan stopped working again so I called Texas electricians again and they said they would send someone out again at no charge as long as it was the same fan not working, which it was. I called two days later to see when they would be coming out and Fidel said they would charge another fee since they would be coming out. I explained that was not what his employee said and that it was the same fan. He said the fan was working when the electrician left so he would charge another fee even if his employee did not get to the bottom of the problem to begin with.I would not recommend this company to any one and I should have gone with another highly recommended company and not by the fact that they worked with David Weekly!!!!

I have used Stoever-Parker for 20 years commercially. People do business with people and their representative has always exceeded our requests. Wish there were more companies like this.
