By far my best experience with an electric service in the area! They were easy to schedule a same day appointment then upon arrival quick to diagnose the problem. Had the pleasure of meeting several employees and Paul too, all of whom were very professional and courteous. Will definitely refer them to my friends and family and saved their number immediately. Young guy came in with a quote for the job of over $400 but never checked the problem just ready to charge us for unnecessary work. Found someone else and the problem was simple and only cost $45 to fix. This company has SCAM vibes and I would never hire this company.*To respond to that reply: we had a reputable company come out the to actual work, they tested the outlets and wires to determine the problem. Your company sends people walking in the door and only a cell phone with a quote already doctored up without even checking what the problem could possibly be first. That was the situation yet no one within your company cared. You just insulted yourself with that comment made. Overcharging for multiple outlets when there's only one and overcharging for materials not even needed but then again your guy never touched a thing to even know. Ridiculous customer service!

Fantastic customer service from initial scheduling, to letting me know when technician was on the way, to providing estimates for work on site to doing the work during the initial service call. Nezir A. (the electrician who performed the work) was incredibly respectful of my home and did a fantastic job with the installation and other services. He's knowledgeable, helpful and was happy to answer my questions and offer additional estimates and suggestions for more work I'll have him do. I have only reviewed 2 other professionals/companies ever on Google and he's absolutely top notch and recommended without reservation.

OnTime electric was great! I had another electric company come out and quote me $3,000 to replace my attic fan. I found this company and called them. They came out the same day, fixed the attic fan (in the extreme Texas heat) and saved me over $2,000! Thank you for your prompt customer service!

Harmony Electric Co is my go-to company for residential and commercial service over the years. They have always been thoughtful, honest and fair. They have added outdoor lines for the koi pond and the fountain. When I had a small office building they took care of it. Recently I handed them a punch list of make-ready's for my mother-in-law's condo. Ceiling fans, wire a washer and dryer nook, and hang her chandeliers. As gently as could be, it was suggested that I have the old lamp rewired first. Safety first! That means a lot.

We had a great experience with this company. It as very easy to set up the initial appointment, the tech showed up on time, was very knowledgable, and the price was fair. We needed a breaker in our panel replaced and also had him add a hook up to the panel for a portable generator. Shaderick was the technician and he explained all of the options, suggestions, etc.... and on top of that he was a very nice guy! Highly recommend.

I had this local electrician in here, and he was amazing! He came in, removed the old switches, installed the new sockets and light bulbs, cleaned up the wires and put everything back together. I love it when a plug just works.
