Paul Richard Electric is top shelf. I placed a call from Maine to see if he could help out my father, a senior adult. I explained that the electrical problem Dad was facing needed a professional. He didn't hesitate one second. Don't worry sir I'll see your father tomorrow. He honestly gave a very fair estimation of what a call would with that type of work be, and what the he would check and a course of action that the job would require. He displayed confidence, reassurance and integrity that is getting rarer by the day.

I had an electrical outage at my home. I called A1Plus Electrical and they were very responsive in taking my call. A technician Justin was sent out the next day. He arrived on time and was very professional in explaining what happened in my home. His work was of good quality. I would recommend A1 Plus Electrical for all your electrical needs.

BEWARE. I hate to give a negative review for a small business, but Google is where I found On Time Electric & hired them because of great reviews. Here is my experience...they were called in to restore power to one room in my home. My wife was home with a broken leg & let the electrician Greg inside. He began to troubleshoot the issue...however, he apparently needed to call backup to figure out the issue. After fiddling around in the attic for a bit, they realized that a wire had been stapled through in a couple places. They pulled the wire & popped two staples out which seemed to fix the problem. That first trip they left my house without cleaning up their mess, left my ceiling fan on full blast & for some reason left my garage door wide open? I received an invoice for $550, without any itemized explanation as to what they fixed other than they pulled on a wire & popped some staples. That evening I realized that switching on the bedroom light would cause the lighting in the dining room to go dim ++ the switch was super hot. The next morning I called the main number & spoke with John about my experience. He provided me with an explanation of their standard protocol for not turning off anything before leaving putting the blame on me for leaving the switches in the on position for the ceiling fan (which I absolutely did not, but fine) John also explained why the cost was so high (apparently they charge $285 just to knock on your door & mentioned that if they were to have to replace wiring it would approach $800....for one single feeder pull. One) He didn't really address why the project site was left a mess & switched the subject over to their on-demand invoicing - We usually we take payment after the job is done, but your wife had a broken leg & said you'd handle it Sooooo after a lot of excuses, he finally agreed to send the electrician back to complete the job. Greg returned first thing the next day & firmed up some wiring connections which seemed to fix the issue. I am still not entirely confident in their work. They also left me another new mess to clean up (see photo) & didn't change the invoice to be more reasonable. So if you need a company to jiggle a few wires & make a big mess in your home for a ton of money, On Time Electric should be your first choice. BEWARE

Salat did a fantastic job! He was professional. He answered all of my questions and even helped my neighbor after he finished helping me. He had such a positive attitude the whole time as well! I'd give more stars if I could.

Wes was our technician and it was so refreshing he came out and diagnosed our problem and found that is was a center point issue. He followed up with center point and gave them a detailed description of what the problem was they came out and fixed it right away. Normally center point will fight you on repairs. When Wes took the time to discuss with them the problem. They came out and fixed it we were back up in no time!! Made our lives so much simpler when you have a tech that knows what they are doing and takes care of it!! Thank you Wes and thank you Right Touch!

Superb service. I contacted Harmony after a surge protector failed in a house I just purchased. The home warranty wouldn't cover the replacement. Harmony came out (super punctual) and performed a replacement quickly. They were professional and courtesy.Good local electrician!

Received excellent service. Tae the electrician was very knowledgeable of his job. Answered all questions and explained everything he was doing. He gave an estimate before starting work as requested. Very courteous and pleasant to speak with.

Mr. Electric was able to send out a technician to give me an estimate very quickly. He was on time and very nice and patient with all of our requests. He was able to finish the about 10 odd electrical jobs we asked in only a day. He gave us very good advice regarding a variety of electrical situations in our house. Overall we had a few new lights installed, a few new plugs installed and a replaced breaker. I would definitely use them again for how nice, efficent and fair priced they were.

Tyrrell always comes when he is needed to check any electrical need I have. Most recently unbeknownst to me I had to potential fire hazards. Thank goodness he checked my outlets and got me back in business. He saved my home by keeping me and my family safe!

The electrician from this company went above and beyond to ensure my electrical issue was resolved. They were friendly, efficient, and I was extremely satisfied with the end result.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
