I worked with Doug for the extensive electrical overhaul of my home. Prices were very reasonable and way below the other quotes I received. Doug was very attentive to detail, spending time writing up every item in the quote/invoice. He found other issues in my home and took time to explain and show me what they were. He let me know pros and cons of each repair, since some were not necessary, but preferred for aesthetics. In summary, Doug was earnest, honest, and now knows my home’s electrical system inside and out. Funny enough, even with all of the cosmetic but nonurgent work, the total cost was STILL lower than another company’s quote for just the essentials. Thank you Mr. Electric!

The appointment set up was easy and because they had a cancellation they were able to come out and fix my electrical problem earlier than expected. Thomas T., the technician, explained everything that was doing to diagnose and repair the problem as he was doing it in real time, in a way that was logical and easy to understand. Overall very satisfied with his work.

Nextdoor has been a breath of fresh air. They have immediate appointments available and their electricians show up during the window quoted. The electricians we have had the pleasure of interacting with are knowledgeable, honest, and respectful (Tae, Salat, and Andres). Brotherly love and this team is incredible. They did a large scale LED lighting package for me at a commercial project in woodlands. I had a crew for 3 weeks with just a 2 hour notice. This company provided me with excellent service. They came when they said they would and did a fantastic job of wiring my house. Though I can't say for sure that the price I spent was justified by the quality of the light I received, I have no regrets about spending the money.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
