Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. My light switch and outlet needed fixing, so I contacted a local electrician. Quick to respond, well-equipped, and effective, the electrician soon had the situation under control. I can confidently say that you can trust this person with any and all of your building and repair needs, whether they be for your house or your place of business.

I need two separate ratings, one for price and one for performance. Performance even though it was a simple main breaker switch out was 5/5 showed experience and that they knew what they were doing. The price, even though it was reduced was still ridiculous (250 dollar Emergency call no problem!) But initially they wanted over 350 dollars for a 65-100 dollar breaker. Which I could have purchased from a local supply house if the issue did not occur after 6 o'clock on a Thursday. After a short complaint the price was reduced from over 350 dollars to 144 and some change. A 300-400% mark up on material on the truck is not acceptable. Besides the cost the service was good, based on service I would use Wired again, based on price a big no.

Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

I am very picky when people do any kind of work in my house and these people were AMAZING! Even the person that scheduled the appointment was very nice and professional. I have had a lot of people make me wait all day to come to the house and they came at the top of their time frame. They gave me next day service from when I called to schedule. Oscar even showed me ways to have what I was asking for look better. The other people i got estimates from were telling me i would have sheet rock repairs when they were done and would have to hire someone else to come fix it. Oscar knew how to do the job where i was left with zero repairs when they were done which saved me a ton of money. And for anyone concerned with getting any home repairs done right now because of covid, they were very clean and wore face masks. This is now my go to company for electrical. Thank you! Thank you! This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
