By far my best experience with an electric service in the area! They were easy to schedule a same day appointment then upon arrival quick to diagnose the problem. On Time Electric, as their name implies, arrived on time to assist me in various ways. Two polite qualified electricians arrived to LIGHT UP MY DAY. Which was just what I needed. They checked out wiring and installed ceiling fans. I also asked them to install several can lights. They completed the job and cleaned up after their work. Had an issue with our breaker which turned out to be more than the breaker. Called Mr. Sparky and they came out the same evening. Their technician Joshua was professional and courteous and did a thorough job of explaining what could be causing the issue. After doing some diagnostic work he located the cause of the issue. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Tyrell was great, did above and beyond and swooped in and helped me in a time of need, ensured everything was fixed and completed just as promised. Would recommend to others to use. First when others could not come when my house was having power fluctuations, Tyrell came out after 7 and did not charge after hours rates and made time because of how serious it ended up being. If it was not for him could have caused a disaster for my house.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
