Called on Sunday for repair to leaking bath/shower valve. Not leaking, water just running out. They had a plumber there three hours later and fixed it. No trip charge, reasonable fee, I think. About the trip charge-nothing makes me drop a company faster than a trip fee they don't waive if you accept the bid.

Charles is extremely reliable, dependable, and professional. His service is excellent and exceptional. He was on vacation checking on me and my inspection status. He didn't have to do that. He went above and beyond. I'm forever grateful.
