They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. They worked to find our problem and made all necessary repairs. They also replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. Paul & Juan were very kind and courteous. Thank you gentlemen for your commitment to excellent service!

The electrician was early, which I really appreciated. He got to work right away and resolved my problem. He was professional, and I Highly recommend this service. I would use them again.

On Time replaced the mast from the top of the meter to penetrate the roof so it would meet code. After the work was done the power would not reconnect the power since some work done by a previous owner. On Time made the necessary repairs the next day so power could be restored. They were punctual in all the appointments, explained the issues, and resolved the problem without issue.They are honest and I recommend them to any one.

Joshua is a true professional. When he arrived, he put my concerns about Covid at ease with his mask wearing and he expressed concern about my family’s health safety. He was so neat and clean and showed tremendous respect for my home by wearing his foot boots. He was warm and friendly with my Alzheimer’s mother who is normally upset around strangers. He showed interest in my family’s story and took time to look at my family’s portrait.

This company is AWESOME!!!! Ruben was our contact, very knowledgeable and friendly check everything in attic and everywhere around the house, I was impressed with the whole company. We had lots of electrical problems going on but Ruben assured me they could handle all of it and they did!!!!! They were a clean crew, no mess left afterwards. This company is a 5 Star Team all the way!

We had a floor outlet that Raymond had looked at when he came to put in a fan for us. It still didn’t work so we had him look at it again. It it NOW repaired.He also put a variable fan switch on the outlet for the fan he put in before. He didn’t have one when he out the fan in.We had beige switch covers, but all he could find were white so this one doesn’t match other outlets in the room.So you can see he had to come back for work he wasn’t able to or didn’t complete the first time. I hope the fee reflected that, but I’m not sure it did!

Had two light fixtures replaced. I had planned on getting a quote but got the work done the same day. I thought the price was reasonable and the Rep was available to complete the work. The rep was very professional and courteous. The work was completed quickly and my fixtures look great. Will use this company again for additional electrical work.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

They do a poor job and don't stand by the integrity of their work. I bought my home brand new, they did the wiring, and it had numerous electrical issues. I have a ceiling fixture in my kitchen that I never wired. I decided to install a pendant light and upon inspection, I realized there was no power coming from the wires. I have never touched any of this since moving into my brand new house. Texas Electrical Residential Contractors would charge $140 just to inspect what they originally improperly installed. If you want a cheap, unreliable, and unsupported home electrical system, go to Texas Electrical Residential Contractors. Otherwise, find someone with integrity who can do the job right the first time.

I had a technician come out to my place for some electrical work and to assess whether we needed to upgrade our panel. The first appointment was great.But then we book a day for them to come for an all day appointment for a panel upgrade and the first availability was 15 days later, and I pay UP FRONT for the work. I get a confirmation email that my appointment is booked.Then, no one shows up to do the job, and when I call West Houston apparently my appointment wasn't booked correctly.I was initially upset because their next available date was 20 days later. However, the owner called me and apologized and moved things around to get someone out within the next few days, to ensure I didn't have to go to the back of the line.I really appreciate how he wanted to make things right for their mistake.

Curtis does great work at a very fair price. He’s done multiple electrical jobs for me and I recommend his work to anyone.

The staff at OHMS were very responsive and were able to come out quickly. Once at the house, the electricians worked swiftly, efficiently, and were also good at explaining everything they had done, as well as answering all other questions I had (since I know next to nothing re: electrical). I'll definitely work with them again.

If anyone need assistance with any type of electrical work and pulling permits for the work being performed I would HIGHLY recommend using Alpha Electric Company. I worked with Jeanne Stubbs, she is amazing and has a lot of knowledge in this area. The technician arrived timely and did an excellent job. Simply amazing work! Thank you so very much!
