Efrain from Cooper plumbing showed up on time and did an awesome job with needed repair. No haste quotes and options also conscious of cost. I had them fix old washer faucets out and he provided advice and pricing on some future work. Will definitely use this company again for my plumbing needs.

We had a leak under our slab in the kitchen. Sometimes I am leery calling a large service company, you never know the level of expertise of the technician that shows up on your doorstep. We were VERY pleased with our service technicians! Mike #2627 and Kyle #1659 were professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This was a major plumbing job that took 2 days to complete and they walked us through every step that needed to be taken. I'm a Roto-Rooter fan after dealing with these two repairmen!

I called John Moore because I knew I would get a fast response and experienced plumbers. I am somewhat satisfied with the the work but I am disappointed with the lack of communication and timeline of things. The actual repair was done in a timely manner once they got the clearance to begin digging but after the main pipe was repaired, I was not informed that a separate dig team had to come out to fill the hole back in. The repair was done on a Monday and I contacted JM on Tuesday to inquire why there was a long dugout still in my yard. The representative let me know the process and couldn't give me a definite date (he said by Thursday but wasn't sure) when the job would be complete. I called again on Thursday afternoon and spoke with someone else and after putting me on hold to check on the timeline, she stated they would come out Friday. Well thankfully, the workers did come Thursday evening to fill in the hole. I didn't understand why I had to call the company to inquire about these things when they could've easily contacted me or sent me some kind of information of how long things would take. I was frustrated to say the least. As far as the pricing, I did have to call to ask for a final itemized invoice as I was never emailed one. I knew of the overall charge because I used a financing company. Again, why did I have to call to ask for an invoice and breakdown of cost? I am glad I did because I was unaware I was being charged for a $269.99 membership. I did not ask for a membership!

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. The installation was fast as well. The techs were professional and kind.10/10 would recommend anyone to them!
