I had hired a different company to change plugs, switches, and 7 fixtures in my home. 3 days later the other company was still not finished, as well as the new plugs that were just done stopped working and there were other issues as well. I called A1 and they came out and gave me a free estimate and was able to come out the next day for the repairs. They are very professional and affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Electric was able to send out a technician to give me an estimate very quickly. He was on time and very nice and patient with all of our requests. He was able to finish the about 10 odd electrical jobs we asked in only a day. He gave us very good advice regarding a variety of electrical situations in our house. Overall we had a few new lights installed, a few new plugs installed and a replaced breaker. I would definitely use them again for how nice, efficent and fair priced they were.

remove chandelier in entry & replaced with LED Can and updated two additional canned lights. replaced fixture in master closet. Also, responded to text to ensure fixture I was to provide would work/correct size which did not have to do. Oscar Rosales was awesome! The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am new home owner and had previous electrical work done by another contractor. I didn't know at the time but it was a really bad job. This visit was a blessing to not only me but my house and family. Mr. Electric sent out Francisco to install 1 front door light and 3 outdoor floodlights. The company informed me that he would arrive earlier than scheduled which was a good surprise. He was very professional and courteous. After installing the first light without any problems he moved on to the second and oh boy that is where the problems begin. The old breaker for the circuit to all the oldside lights were totally wrong. So instead of 120v going thru the line, it was 250v. This is why my old flood lights failed in the first place and needed replacing. Franciso went above and beyond to find this out. He was all up in my attic tracing the wires back to the fuse box and figured it out in no time. When he replaced the old flood lights the metal bracket was all burnt and fried black. This was a fire hazard waiting to happen. If it wasn't for Francisco's hard work I would have never found out. I want to thank Mr. Electric for sending him to my house. If you want peace of mind and quality work done right at a reasonable price do not hesitate to call Mr. Electric. Definitely my new go to electricians from now on. Thank you Francicso so much.

The main breaker at my home blew out at 6:30pm on a weekday resulting in a complete power loss. The company was quick to locate and dispatch an electrician who was able to source a temporary replacement that evening and schedule a follow up to install the new replacement breaker the following morning. Power was restored to my home that evening in about an hour. I can not recommend this company more, excellent service, especially being an after hours service call.

I have used this company on multiple occasions over the years and they are friendly, reliable, speedy, honest and affordable. I appreciate how thorough they are and how they really walk you through the best options for addressing any challenges you have. Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.
