Hello, I had a rodent problem due to holes in my garage. I needed the holes sealed asap since the pest control company recommended this as the fastest way to remediate the issue! Caesar repainted my front door and burglar bars and they look fantastic. I'm really pleased with the outcome. He also went above what he was contracted to do by doing the transition molding, door jam and caulking in my bathroom. I highly recommend him and will request that he always does my home projects.

After having our internet installed and them stepping through our ceiling, Ace Handyman was called out to repair the damages. I was nervous it would be a bad patch job but they have exceeded my expectations. Cesar was great help and did a wonderful job for us. We are in the middle of painting the house, so we asked for him to not paint since our painter was going to take care of it. I would definitely recommend reaching out them and see if they are able to help you out like they did me!

I needed wall decor put up and a TV mounted, their handyman Ryan did it for me! He was very nice & quick! Gave me better nails for my decor for added weight!

Really happy with the work that Ryan and Cesar did. They worked quickly, did a solid job, and kept me informed as to what they were doing. When we were about to go over the quoted estimate because of further requests on my part, they let me know, so there were no surprises upon seeing the invoice. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision I didn’t understand. They were considerate of cleanliness in my home and made sure my cat didn’t get out of the house when they came and went. They showed up on time to every appt, which I really appreciate. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Markael did an excellent job repainting drywall and repairing all of the bathtub tile! I’m generally skeptical of construction repair companies, but he did not cut any corners and worked for 9+ hours straight! Very, very impressed — will definitely use again for other properties!

I was charged for 5 hours of work and, $160 in parts to sand and repaint the front side of a wooden door (in place), just paint the rear side of the door, and replace the weatherstripping under the door. This came to $760 before tax. A good deal of the time I was charged for was spent by the handyman making multiple trips to different (!) Home Depots when both a well-equipped hardware store and Sherwin Williams were within a short distance of my home. In addition, since the handyman accidentally leaked a trail of paint across about 60 feet in my townhome complex, I had to spend some of my time on a couple of extra days as he and a partner cleaned up the mess. Although the door looks fine, I see no advantage to using this company for anything else. Certainly, better value with less stress is available elsewhere.

Mr Art came over and repaired my window. He was on time and knew exactly what was needed for repair. Very quick clean and professional. Will use them again.

I called Ace to repair a leaking windowsill high in the second floor. Ygritte associate found the source if the leak and recalled the window. The work was completed professionally in a short amount of time.

Mr. Ray was on time and did a great job - repair hinge on cabinet door, grout touch up, dent in cabinet, replace refrigerator ice line hose and valve . Everything we needed (plus some) was completed professionally and efficiently. We will use ACE Handyman again for repair items. Also, a shout out to Maria in the office for quick response and scheduling Mr. Ray.

Great job! My handyman was Carlos. He repaired my folding doors to my laundry room. He arrived early, which was good. He didn't have all the necessary hardware with him, so he left and purchased the necessary equipment to complete the job. He was very professional and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely use Ace Handyman service again.

Great customer service, very easy to book. Cesar arrived on time, and was able to repair some bathtub sealing as well as a water spot and cracked paint on my ceiling. Extremely satisfied with the outcome, and will definitely use again in the future!

Cesar did a great job repairing my fence. He explained the process of what he was going to do, and did a really good job in under 2 hours. I will definitely be using Ace Handyman Services for any other home projects that I have in the future!

Cesar, did the best he could in a short time period. Just FYI $125/ hr is the bare minimum regardless of the time spent on your house project, plus a $60 service fee. The office manager is prompt in answering inquires. If your short on money try Task Rabbit. Overall, I'll probably use them again they have excellent customer service.

I had an excellent experience having ACE install a mini split in my garage. The communication was fantastic- Tina in scheduling and coordinating was wonderful and Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I'll have them out again for some additional work I need done.

Damaged shingles replaced.Ace found the matching type, which was difficult because the house is old. The work quality is excellent and Ryan had good input about the best way to do it. Ace truly went the extra mile on this job, and we'll certainly use Ace again

Cesar was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the quality of the work he provided in replacing rotted wood around the windows in our home. Would highly recommend!

The contractor tried to charge me for 45 mins extra that he spent assessing what needed to be done and preparing a quote. That customer should not be charged for that. The company fixed the amount charged, but it’s not a good look for the company’s reputation. Additionally, most companies have the service charge apply to the services received and this company doesn’t making the service overpriced.

Great job by Cesor. Very competent in all his skills. Replaced a laundry room door that swung the wrong way for a new one that was correct. Work was awesome, came out just the way I wanted. Most of all he arrived on time. Thank you Ace Handyman

6/30/22 Left my senior father at home to let the gentleman mount a fan in one of our bedrooms. The original fan was already down so it was just an installation. New fan is mounted, but won't turn on. He had no volt meter, and my dad still paid full price for a fan he can't use. The original fan had power before we took it down which would lead me to believe it's wired incorrectly. Be warned about handyman services. Even for small jobs like this.7/2/22 Never received that phone call supposedly trying to help fix the problem left by the handyman. And, just to be clear. There was a single faceplate with dual 3 speed switches. Meaning 2 switches existed on one faceplate. Not uncommon. The previous fan worked, and now the faceplate is off and the wires aren't even capped. You're assuming he wired to the guide, but since the fan is mounted there's no way to see without removing the fan. Also if this was out of the scope of the job, why remove the faceplate at all?.... Since the previous fan worked, deductive reasoning would lead to the conclusion that the new fan was improperly installed. A refund would be more helpful than any suggestions you could offer at this point. Since we will now be forced to reattach and rewire a faceplate that shouldn't have been removed, uninstall the fan, fix the wiring, and reinstall the fan.

Really enjoyed 1st time experience with Ace. They were on time and very professional. We recently moved into our home and have several repairs we need to complete. They clearly explained the work that needed to be done and clearly explained their pricing. I will continue using Ace in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for handyman services.

I used them for some general handyman things like hanging mirrors and pictures, curtain rods, baby gate, fan in backyard. Ryan was great - on time, quick and professional. Highly recommend.

Did an Awesome Job on fixing the fan in my company's breakroom. Susan is very helpful and a ball of joy as well. I've used them twice already for our other business location and plan to continue to do business with them in the future because they're on time and great people. Our handyman Anthony was Great!!

Super duper duper uberly overly stupidly extremely unreasonably ridiculous insanely EXPENSIVE. They charge by the minute and they charge you for the guy to drive to home depot to pick up the supplies. The work was solid but it was just twice or maybe 3 times more expensive than hiring a contractor. I wouldn’t recommend. It got so expensive because of the time I had to rush the job and ended up having an incomplete job and I paid 3 times as much.

I had upper cabinets reinstalled from 2017 because that contractor did them wrong and they fell on me! I also needed a pergaloa's corrugated top re secured. I called on a Monday and the job was completed the next day. I was looking for someone to do the work in a timely manner. Most handyman srvices were booked or never got back to me.. Ace Services is second to none in that department. Their work is guarenteed for a year. Of course, all that comes with a hefty cost.Fortunately I had a great service person do the work. Cesear was the handyman who came out. He was right on time, explained and showed me what he was goint to do. He was meticulou, efficient, knew what he was doing, and overll did an excellent job.I deducted 1 star for my interaction with the person who answered the phone and did the scheduling. Her forced friendliness and continuoulsly cutting me off wasn't appreciated. . She also insisted on booking me for a 4 hr time slot. I got her down to a 3 hr time slot. I had called another Ace Handyman location . That person was sincery friendly and accurate with her estimate of a 1 - 2 hour time block. . The job took 1.5 hours.This Ace Services in the Clear Lake Area of Houston is fortunate to have such a skilled person as Cesear working for them. I hope he's getting 50-60% of what Ace Services charges!!! The 1.5 hour job cost me $275.00. under the rate of $115/hr, $50 trip cost and $35 for material (completed 2/22/22)..

The carpenter came to make an estimate for repairing damaged wood around windows.

My faucet sprang a leak and needed a repair done immediately. They were quick to respond and in a very professional manner came and took care of the issue. They also made sure to clean up after themselves, something not every repair person does. I would definitely use them again.

I had a sliding mirrored closet door thata ws broken. Louis, the dispatcher, and Noie, the repairman were both professional and responsive. The repair was originally scheduled during the middle of the deep freeze that hit Houston (Feb 2021). They called early to reschedule and kept updating me on delays due to icy roads and/or no power. Repair was finally accomplished and Noie couldn't have been nicer. He worked quickly and efficiently to repair the door.Highly satisfied. The door opens again without worrying that it's going to fall on me.

Understameted qouteUnsatisfied paying $1200 quoted 12 hours in unplanned discounted rate($100) the project was not completely done, as the owner opted to Discontinue the job. I am unaware I pay an hourly rate and found out supposedly >$100 per hour ?. “Premier painting Only was Being done” Without Sanding the structure.

I cannot recommend Ace Handyman more. Cesar was a life saver and got our projects done and done well!
