Matthews first day was today & he was very good at explaining what he was going to do. He had to think outside of the box on this project as there was no single solution. Needless to say, his creativity worked out perfectly. You should be excited about having him on your team!!

Robert was excellent. He installed the ceiling, braced junction box and wired it to a switch. He cut the sheetrock neat and placed the pieces back in the wall. Although they do not reair sheetrock, he placed the sheetrock back with minimum gaps.Robert left the area clean and free of debris.

I had a whole house surge protector installed recently in Houston. They scheduled the work on a Saturday, which was the only day I could get it done. Sal called 10 minutes before the appointment and came in exactly on time (no pun intended). Sal was very courteous and got the job done fast. Left me a card to call him directly with any issues. This is the second job I have them do and would hire them again.

Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

Nextdoor Electric gets a Big High Five from me!! They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. The Copper World Electricians are definitely professionals! I had my house renovated and they replaced all of my electric wires, added light fixtures and updated my breaker box. After they finish their work we called the city inspection and it passed right away. Thank you guys, highly recommended!

We had a great experience with this company. It as very easy to set up the initial appointment, the tech showed up on time, was very knowledgable, and the price was fair. We needed a breaker in our panel replaced and also had him add a hook up to the panel for a portable generator. Shaderick was the technician and he explained all of the options, suggestions, etc.... and on top of that he was a very nice guy! Highly recommend.
