Best Garden Design in Phoenix AZ

I had a great experience with Brower Remodeling. Project was fair in pricing, we were able to get started right away and work was completed and cleaned up in a week. Ross and crew were always on time and very detail oriented. Would recommend to friends and family.

I am Mary Stewart. I purchased a walk-in tub from Independent Home. I researched this purchase thoroughly and found this company offered the best price, product and service. Everyone was patient, professional and willing to provide information as requested and needed. I have recommended this company to several of my friends.

Two years ago we had Retro Pro remodel our guest bathroom, and because we were so pleased with their work my wife and I decided to have the dynamic team work their brilliant magic on our master bathroom. Once again we were impressed with the final outcome. It is always fascinating to witness Eric and Angela’s creative design come to fruition in addition to the talent, dedication and exquisite workmanship of Omar and Blake. (We specifically requested Omar to be our project manager because he is awesome!) What was unique about our second collaboration with Retro Pro is that my wife was (finally!) fully involved in the process. As a result she insisted on writing her own personal review, which I’ll post below on her behalf:

“I'm a person who does not like to get involved with any kind of home maintenance/remolding and rather leave that all to my husband to deal with. But since meeting with Retro Pro, Eric and Angela are such a dream to work with. They both have such a wonderful warmth and you can tell they care and love their job and make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and include you in what they do to make sure you are happy. This same warmth trickles down to their staff, Omar and Blake, who are true caring professionals that help bring Eric and Angela’s vision to life. I'm also putting in a request to Retro Pro to please appreciate and hold on to Omar and Blake real tight because I want them back sooner than later to remodel our kitchen next! :)”

With that said, and without going into too much detail, there were a few issues that occurred during the tile phase of the project that did not involve Omar and Blake. In brief, there were a few questionable actions by the “tile guy” that delayed the completion of our project. However, despite the inconvenience it was nothing that Eric did (or could) not quickly and efficiently address with our complete satisfaction. Interestingly, we did end up benefiting as a result. So, it was a blessing in disguise. Our only hope is that this particular team member learns from his honest mistake for we do believe that he is great at his craft and means well.

It is always a joy and pleasure working with the entire Retro Pro team and we will without a doubt work with them again for our future home project(s)!

Good communication is difficult to find these days. Outside Living Concepts delivers. Derek and Corbin were available for questions and updates throughout the upgrade process to our front and back yard areas. Quality work by the crews with great suggestions along the way. Fair prices, no hidden costs or surprises. Would definitely recommend Outside Living Concepts for any landscape and design needs.

There is no price tag you can put on my restoration pond. I knew when I met with you to finally design this space, way back in February… that it wasn’t about investing in a water feature, it was about building something to protect and nurture my mental health. A really important medical expense for one who struggles with mental wellness.

I have spent most of my life soul searching, seeking out, finding, consulting, and studying with the best psychologists, psychotherapists, medicines, and healers. While they have all helped me survive, they’ve always fallen short of helping me live.

Until my Restoration Pond:

She is strong and constant. Always there. Never too little or too much. Whether I’m running late, or have hours to spare, I make it a point to sit in her presence before I leave home, and again before I sleep. It is her unwavering presence that drowns out life’s noise—with the sound of flowing water—steadying my brain and soul, even when I’m at my shakiest.

What you’ve given me is more than a beautiful water feature. More than a place for my new koi fish. More than an oasis for the migrating songbirds. You’ve given me the backbone to my mental stability. One I can rely on heavily, without ever worrying if it will ever fade, grow tired, change, or leave.

My dear friend got it perfectly when she said “He created something more than a Pond for you.”

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
