We were fortunate to have Russell and Oscar here to install our new shower wall system, slip resistant base, grab bars, shelves and plumbing. We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.

I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience! He was ALWAyS on time, attentive to our questions, and did perfect work. He made us feel like a valued customer right from the start... quite refreshing in this day and age.

Seamless experience from start to finish!

We had grab bars installed in the shower and water closet next to the toilet. Not a hard job for a DIY but I just wasn’t in the mood to do it myself. They did the job quickly cleanly and everything looks good. Very satisfied

Retro Pro is a very professional company to deal with. They have just completed a major remodel of two bathrooms in my house and I was very satisfied with the planning, construction, detailed final inspection processes and finished product.

The works crews would call each morning with an ETA when they expected to arrive. At the end of each day a meticulous clean-up would be done. The project manager performed periodic inspections while the work was ongoing, and once the work was done, he did a very thorough inspection.
