Best Remodeling And Construction in Phoenix AZ

We recently used Phoenix Home Remodeling to remodel our small 90's kitchen and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with them. From the initial design phase to the project plan execution, the whole process was straightforward, well-organized, and efficient. The crew was very professional, good with timelines, and detail-oriented. They also brought in excellent subcontractors. The result is beautiful! We highly recommend them and will use PHR again for future projects.

Todd Hoyt and Will Holt did a great job on service call followup to correct issues from initial installers. Both gentlemen were profesdional, very personable, and did a great job addressing the issued. Would definitely reccomend these two guys and Dreamstyle for your shower remodel.

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

Wow! I am beyond happy with Crafted, Mike Abbate, and the entire crew that worked on our home. I came across the Crafted website, and from the moment I reached out to Mike I felt like family. Mason was our installer on a bath to shower conversion he was a pleasure to work with great with my senior citizen parents. We were kept informed every step of the way. Mason carefully protected all areas kept the work extremely neat and clean and was meticulous making sure the shower seat and grab bars were located exactly where my mom wanted them. Mason handled timely inspections with the City allowing the worry to progress quickly. I would highly recommend Re Bath for your remodeling needs. Ask for Mason as your installer he did a terrific job.

One of the most honest, caring businesses I have worked with. Professional and genuine quotes with quality work. The reviews speak for themselves. Choose this company and you won't be disappointed.

I would like to give a 1-Star review but to be fair, I will give a 2-star review because the job was completed. Just as a quick overview, I would not recommend Holtzman Home Improvement.

PROS and CONS List below:

PROS:

*Bathroom remodel was completed.

*Liked cabinet finishes and style options.

CONS:

*We were given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for project completion but ended up taking 6 months.

*In contract, the introduction page says that Brandon Holtzman “… will personally meet you and visit your job site several times throughout your project to ensure quality and care is not only in the workmanship but also in our demeanor.” Never met the man; not even once.

*“Designer” which they refer to as “sales-person”, had a hard time keeping up with the demands of our project. Made numerous mistakes in terms of measurements that caused wrong products to be ordered and mistakes in the actual remodel. Assumed certain details about project without consulting us. Example: Cabinet above toilet was bigger than expected (inaccurate measurements) and overlapped on to the exhaust fan, “Sales-Person” assumed that we were just going to move the exhaust fan altogether; this would have cost us hundreds of dollars to move the fan 2-3 inches.

*Crew would show up whenever, sometimes not at all even though scheduled. Had crew show up at 6am without notice multiple times. Had to state over and over again for a start time that worked for my family; between 7-8am. Nothing ridiculous. No consistency whatsoever.

*Some of the crew did not speak English, which I absolutely didn’t mind at all. But Project manager, “sales person”, did not speak the language. I never expected to be the sole translator numerous times in person and on the phone. Because of this language barrier, numerous mistakes were made on our project.

*Crew would come to job site and not know the status of our project, therefore would ask me questions about what needed to be done, as well as certain technical details that only a professional would know (example: electrical).

*Crew would come to job unprepared and would leave to go to Home Depot for 1+ hours to grab material. Not sure if this is standard, but I believe that they should have been prepared for the day’s work at our project.
*Overpriced. Example: Updated replacement of bathroom exhaust fan that was picked up at home depot for around $45.00-$55.00 and less than an hour to install, cost almost $400.00.

*Project manager forgot to discuss details of our project to team so there were details that were left out. Example: Requested to have a shower bench installed; shower was “completed” with no shower bench.

*Project manager and “sales-person” should have communicated more in terms of our project details; numerous mistakes could have been avoided.

*Low quality of materials: tile/grout. Numerous tiles are cracked, chipped, and grout has already started to come out in chunks. Also, grout that was never wiped off, has solidified and won’t come off.

*Already have water damage; yes, water damage in a bathroom on a pony wall that neither the project manager and “sales-person” gave input on how to finish to avoid said water damage.

*Was double charged, and charged for work not done. Caught mistakes by thoroughly reviewing receipt and was reimbursed. If I didn’t catch these details we would have easily been overcharged.

*At the completion of the project you are given a 5-year warranty. We have recently contacted Holtzman Home Improvement to come and fix said damage and have not heard back; it has been a few weeks already.

*Their slogan is “People should do business with people they trust”; would not recommend.

Having observed TWD during their painting operation of the Sun City Grand Administration buildings, I requested a bid from them to repair and paint the exterior of a local church sanctuary building including several other amenities on the premises. They not only were they low bid but were available to meet our schedule and work around the church services. They cleaned up the premises daily before leaving at the end of their work day. The daily workers and superintendent were very professional and were eager to provide extra touch up work in order to try and blend in areas of poor stucco work previously done by others. this was done at no extra cost. They insisted that we do multiple walk throughs so that they could address any concerns we might have missed. I will recommend them again for any future repair and painting work.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Our contractor Dan was awesome! Very professional and delivered on all of his commitments! Dan let us know that he works with Anthony with Trinity and sent us to his location to pick everything out. Anthony and his staff were very friendly and helpful as this is our first remodel and had no idea what we were doing. We are so thankful for the help and communication! They had been recommended by Silver City Restorations and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. The shower looks great and they did exactly how I wanted to be setup and it really does looks amazing. Definitely telling all my friends about them.

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

When we decided to remodel our bathrooms we asked friends and family if they had someone they could/would recommend. One of our Realtor friends suggested we call Veny. So we called him. Within hours received a call back. Having worked in The service/sales industry we recognized professionalism right away. We also wanted someone cooperative, flexible, experienced and honest. We also found that his prices were competitive with others. Veny is all of that and very easy to be around. He walked us through the process helping and explaining until the very end.
