Lone Star landscape assisted in my large backyard renovation project. Their design, vision, and experience helped me complete my re-design beautifully. I was so impressed with their consultation, planning and execution. My project was completed quickly and ontime. Their crews were well organized and well orchestrated. After looking around for awhile for a good, trustworthy landscaping company, we finally have found it with Nick. Work is top notch and has our yard and shrubs looking fantastic week after week. He goes out of his way to do our yard in our neighborhood, would love to get him some more clients in our area! Just so they can see the great work that he does as well.

We really liked working with them originally. Rich was communicative and quick to get us an estimate and mock-up. Everything was great until we paid our deposit, which was 1/3 of a big backyard job, and then radio silence.

The only time they communicated was when we reached out. They kept telling us different start dates, further and further out. Finally my fiance requested to just get our money back so we could get someone who would actually do the work.

Matt Coyle then tried to keep our deposit, stating business costs that he refused to provide dated proof for or any record of. It's all pretty disheartening. Matt said he would refund us in full (see texts), but then he never sent the check. 2 weeks later, we texted to see if it was coming, and he ignored us. Then we wrote our 2nd review after 3 WEEKS of no check, and he finally then responds to us with the below text.
