First thing I will say is find another company. We had a sales consultant come to our home without a mask to begin with. He looked at our bathroom and gave us a quote of $18,000, I thought that was very high just to remove a tub and create a door less shower. After doing some research we found that to be an accurate price. We were told that someone would contact us about setting up the appointment and since Covid was rampant by then it could take a bit of time. We were called a few days later and the appointment was set for 2 months later, yes that’s right 2 months later. We waited and waited and finally they came and did an amazing job putting in the new shower and it was beautiful. Then we are told that the glass is made from a different place for the pony wall and it would take 2 weeks. Seriously, now I cant even use my new shower. Two weeks go by and I send them a message and they tell me it takes time to make it. After three weeks I sent another message and they told me it had arrived. Thanks for letting me know, I had to reach out to them to find out it was there. They came and put it in and said another 24 hours before we can use it. This company is a waiting game and you would be better off finding another place to get your bath redone. Unless you are willing to wait 3 to 4 months for the process to be completed.

The entire process was very nice. Everything was explained upfront, the group chat was very helpful and convenient. The entire project was completed earlier than expected. I had two bathtub/showers redone and was very happy with Brandon my installer. He was always on time, considerate of all my pets & aging mother in the home. The bathrooms look fabulous. It was expensive but I have peace of mind with the plumbing all being repaired. It adds value to my home and I can enjoy it for years to come.

One of the best investments for my dad!. Derek and his crew installed a tub for my dad. Derek went over all options for my dad, to best fit him with a tub that would meet all his needs without trying to price gouge us. Installation was top notch,and Derek made sure to take his time with my dad to show him all the functions. he even noticed the towel rack next to the tub was loose and he replaced it with a hang bar to help my dad out. Thank you for making my dad smile again :)

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

Custom Creative Remodeling was great to work with. First Praveen meet with us and then provided us with referral where we could actually see his work and talk to his clients about the work Custom Creative performed etc. That gave me the reassurance to choose Custom Creative Remodeling. I met with Jennifer their in-house designer that helped me pick out the deco band to go with the travertine tile Praveen recommended for our shower remodel. We had existing small shower 3’x 5’ with garden tub next to it. They demo all to make one large shower with bench, 2 hand- held shower heads and 1 rain shower. They provided all the demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting for our new master bathroom. Danny the tile guy was very meticulous in getting the travertine installed correctly he hand polished each bullnose edge. There was a little hick-up in communication in reference to Praveen also provided us additional work and repairs needed or wanted to do before the Christmas holiday and family would be in town. Once we had new contract for the “Tile work and painting plus additional drywall work needed, Praveen put together expedited team to get the work done before the family was in. Work to include removing popcorn ceiling in bedrooms and family room and retexture the ceilings, kitchen dyrwall repairs, drywall repairs in garage and computer room, re-grouting staircase and hallway tiles with epoxy grout, painting pretty much entire house, except the master bedroom and upstairs bath and closets, and providing back-splash tile at kitchen and window sill ledges. Jennifer again came through to help us create and choose the right tiles and patterns to accent the existing countertops installed. Praveen and 2nd tile team meet the schedule of 2 days to have all the tile work completed. Praveen created a border around the edges to put it all together. The colors and layout that Jennifer help to pick out really make the countertop pop and we get many compliments on our new kitchen. I would highly recommend Custom Creative Remodeling Praveen will work with you to get the job done. I also want to thank Gary Smith with Infinity Lighting Systems for the referral to Custom Creative Remodeling. We hired Power Home Remodeling to replace our Roof; we liked the materials they use (especially the replacement for soffit venting and tar paper) and the standard high quality proven process. They were done in a day. We hired them to come back to replace our gutters and the boards the gutters were mounted on (rotted). The boards took a day, the gutters took a couple hours. It looks great, they had people checking on the quality of the job and our satisfaction. They came when they said they would, were considerate, and clearly knew what they were doing. And I trust them to honor their guarantee on their work.
