We recently used Phoenix Home Remodeling to remodel our early 2000’s Kitchen. The process was very easy and we enjoyed getting to know the team that came to do the work! We appreciated the straightforward approach to the overall plan, expectations, timing, and cost. This is a local to Ahwatukee company which was very reassuring that these folks not only work but live in this community with their name on the line. Communication was seamless and the work was exactly what we wanted! We will definitely use them again for future work and highly recommend them. Thanks for a great experience, and fantastic results!

From the inception of having the salesperson to the house. The discussion we had with him was personable, comfortable and informative. There was no pressure whatsoever. My wife and I usually do not make hasty decisions in the sense we thoroughly research what we want or like or don't like or don't want. After discussing with the Jacuzzi salesperson it was obvious to work with them. This was not a hasty decision as we had researched other options, but we were concerned with having a guarantee of the work completed. Jacuzzi offers a lifetime guarantee of their products and installation. Check the first box.The communication from their office to keep me updated on product arrivals to their location to finalizing the install date was fantastic. I must have received 5 to 6 calls keeping me informed in an 8 week period. Check the second box.The installers arrived on time, were neat, clean and very respectful of our home. Check the third box.The installers explained their work prior to beginning and then walked us through the post implementation along with showing us the water fixtures we had installed. The fourth box is now checked.Last but not least, the installers were friendly, personable and in this case, Corey and Dom were great to work with as they clearly explained everything. I am a hard person to appease, but Jacuzzi, from the onset of the salesperson to after the installation, did an outstanding job. My family is very pleased with the outcome and products. Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

If you are looking for an old school company that truly cares about your wants and needs then look no further. Julie walked every aisle of Floor & Decor with us offering options and advice on tile. Mike was present on a daily basis making sure all of our needs were met with every detail of the job, including deadlines. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Very rude unprofessional people. They are too busy to be polite. I asked one too many questions about my quote on the phone to Audra the decorator and she freaked out at me. The manager explained her behavior that she stressed. No apology. We will go where our business is appreciated and the employees are polite.

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

Designers and contractors nailed my project in the head. Master bedroom/bathroom was transformed beautifully. The attention to details is what separates them apart from previous works with other companies. Highly recommend Hotlzman home remodeling. They are a fantastic group to work with.

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

We loved working with Bret and the Rise Above team on our home remodel! Everything turned out so beautifully - the pictures speak for themselves. They only use the best products and features. We love having a pull out for our cutting boards / cookie sheets, built-in trash & recycling, lazy susan, etc. in our new kitchen. The timing for everything was perfect and the project stuck to plan. Every person who came to the house was so personable and nice and really treated our home like their own. We can't wait to work with them again on our upcoming bathroom remodels.

Tom is one of the most efficient maintenance men we've had a pleasure of meeting. He seems to deeply care about the tenants and our concerns. He makes sure we are well aware of the situation at hand and he even goes the extra mile to follow up on existing maintenance requests with his staff. We are never disappointed when Tom shows up!

Love the new shower/tub! Randy did a great job! Even replaced the baseboard and cleaned up as he finished.

Anthony talked a good game when we went in to discuss remodeling my mom’s kitchen in May. He kept pushing her off until she finally demanded a date and work started the beginning of September. The communication is non-existent no matter how many times we called. The work has been lack luster and Anthony continues to talk a big game with plenty of excuses. All we want is what we paid for and for the job to be done right. Seems my mom’s job was too small and not important considering she’s an older single woman. Avoid at all costs.

Graco Home Remodeling was great from start to finish! Ignacio Carrion is very professional and has amazing customer service. The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). I am so happy with the work they did and recommend them to everyone.
