Best Kitchen And Bathroom Renovations in Phoenix AZ

I used Phoenix Home Remodeling to do a bathroom remodel for my parents. The whole crew was fantastic! They were always on time, friendly and incredibly respectful to my parents who were home during the whole remodel. The completed project turned out perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for!

Remodels are always late and over-budget. I am sure you have heard that before. That summarizes our experience. We remodeled our floors, kitchen and bathroom. They were not cheap, end product was good but way over-budget, late and full of surprises. We made our selections and signed our lives away in March 2019, the project was completed in October 2019. We decided to finance the project, the sales rep indicated we would not need to provide a downpayment so we signed our lives away. A few months later the owner contacted us and indicated we needed to pay a 30% downpayment so that they could place the order. 30%!!!!!!!!

If they actually worked every business day this project would have taken 1 month.

Would I hire them again? NO
Would I go through a remodel again? NO

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.
His workers showed up on time, performed an excellent job and after the job was completed, cleaned up the whole area.
I was very impressed by Ignacio and his workers' professionalism. The job was finished with my complete satisfaction.
Next time, I know I can count on Ignacio to do repairs around the home. I fully recommend his services!

Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby’s constant follow-up and communication. I live in an older home so I am constantly having people in to tune up or fix something. I hired Five40 for a attic remodel to provide storage and even on the first day could tell these guys were on another level compared to the previous contractors we had hired. The attention to detail and craftmanship was so amazing that I ended hiring them to do multiple other projects. They are meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the day and left me with absolutely no mess (or dust) to pick up at the end of the project. I felt prices were very fair and estimates were right on every time. The crew was always on time and communication with the crew and Shannon (owner) was continuous to make sure that I was always in the loop on the progress of the projects. I plan on hiring this company in the future for other projects and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation!

We had Redemption Renovations refinish our cabinets and the results are phenomenal. We thought about replacing them but anfriend recommend getting them redone so we did. Couldn’t be happier.

Jacuzzi of AZ did our new tub and shower installation. Not only did they do it in 1 day but 3 weeks earlier than originally planned. How cool was that!! Steve led a team Nate and Shawn. They were efficient and professional. Steve communicated everything throughout the process. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our new tub and shower. We highly recommend Jacuzzi. ?

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for.
