We recently remodeled our master bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. After having at least six other companies come through and give us a bid, we never felt comfortable. Then we met with Phoenix Home Remodeling. They were upfront, honest, and able to answer our questions. We decided to move ahead with Phoenix Home Remodeling for the project. Then entire process was fantastic. We were able to diagram out every single thing we wanted, and they made it happen. We had good dialouge throughout. Every one of their employees was very pleasant, on time every day, and worked with us around our schedule. And the end result is beautiful. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. Special shoutout to Lupe on the tile work. It is immaculate.

We had our showers replaced in both our bathrooms. It was a full day’s work for two consecutive days. Steven and Chris did an excellent job. I have health issues, and they worked well with me and my wife. The new showers look great and are a nice change.

Excellent service. Technicians came on time and were respectful. Questions were answered and now I have a lovely new shower.

Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

So happy with all the renovation done by crafted for our house.
Mike was not only just a contractor but also a guide helping us make the right choices and end product of the work is FANTASTIC.
Mike himself was very detail oriented in the work that was done and made sure the quality was top notch.

One example, as part of our renovation we installed a wall mounted fireplace. We had it installed and it looked fine.
Mike came to check it out and he was like NO i don't like the cable visible to the viewer, so he had custom cover made, painted and installed.
Which made it look super clean.
The over all experience of going with the Crafted for the home renovation was amazing and no stress.
All the work was done in a timely and professional manner and they went above and beyond our expectation.

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. I had a shower replacement/remodel done by Re-Bath and what a fabulous experience! Let me start by saying how good my installer Victor Garrison was. He was knowledgable, communicative, careful, kind and fast without being reckless. He made sure I was involved at every step along the way, and instead of assuming what I wanted, made sure to ask me what I wanted. He came prepared and ready to work, he took care with my home, and kept the mess down to a minimum. He cleaned up everyday at the end of the day, and always checked with me to make sure I was satisfied at where the job was at, and what the plan was for the next day. I have done other remodel projects project and I have to say Re-Bath is far and above the best I have worked with. If all their installers are like Victor, they are extremely fortunate. Victor is head and shoulders above the rest!! Thank you Victor!Kenzie Moxley is another standout. She was very informative when she came to start my estimate. She took the time to ensure she had everything right and knew exactly what I wanted. I had spoken to 2 other companies before Re-Bath, but because she was so competent, I signed that day! Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

I recently hired Holtzman Home Improvement to remodel my kitchen and replace tile flooring throughout my home. I am blown away by the quality of work their team provided. Not only were the workers excellent in their respective fields, they were polite, respectful, and wonderful to work with. On top of the quality of work, the team at Holtzman used several virtual tools that made the remodeling process painless. Rob, my design consultant, was able to show me exactly what my new kitchen would look with a 3D design software. Being able to visualize my new space was extremely helpful. I was also able to easily manage my project and schedule through an online portal the team utilizes. I would highly recommend Holtzman Home Improvement to anyone interested in a remodeling project.

Being new to Arizona we were not experienced or knowledgeable with Stucco material. After purchasing an older home we needed our back patio wall re-done. Was in a terrible deteriorated state. TWD came in and made it look like new again. You would never know there was a problem, exact match to existing in every way. Cannot tell where new and existing intersect. Great work! Very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... Can’t wait to see how many more families dream homes we make come to life!

Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

We recently used Stellar for a complete bathroom remodel, and it was a fabulous experience. I can not emphasize enough how wonderful these folks are! Stellar is a family run company who take great pride in their work. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the last day of the project (which was completed on time) Jeff was amazing. His attention to every detail, helpful hints on how to improve our space and advice on cabinetry and counters was spot on! Jeff kept us in the loop during the entire process, and if I had question… he responded back immediately! I can’t say enough good things about the company. As their name implies… They really are Stellar!

I would like to say the first week that Keatin and Hunter came to our home, they conducted themselves very professional. I was amazed on how well they worked together. They started working emmediately upon arrival. The following week Keatin came alone. He worked impressively hard. He is very pleasant and always let us know what work was done on that day and always cleaned before leaving for the day. He always arrived to the following days, on time. I think Re-bath & Kitchens are lucky to have Keatin and Hunter in their employment.
